The staff greeted me upon entry and was helpful in me finding my way. I was out in a very timely fashion with everything that I had gone for.

I tried to get help in home theater for about 15 minutes. Multiple staff members passed me without asking me how I was doing. Then I asked for help from the door greater. Waited another 5-10 minutes and still nothing.

Not honoring set up delivery.
When they delivered his yelling at each other having hard time to manage fudge in the living room , plus they damaged my wood floor,side railings and entrance door. Very unprofessional and very bad delivery service. Now I have to call Best buy insurance to claim damages.
Not recommended at all.

Always doing curbside here and I need to stop my Best Buy addiction lol but the staff is always helpful and nice never had any issues at this store!
