The ladies at the shop were so nice and helpful. They helped me quickly get exactly what I needed and were also very accommodating to my energetic 3 yr old granddaughter. It was refreshing to receive such friendly service. I will definitely be making this my preferred Bernina shop!

I had my mother's 30 year old Bernina serviced in July. It was ready for pickup sooner than estimated and works like a dream. A few smaller parts were replaced and the machine was cleaned and oiled. Great job! Thank you! Also, everyone I spoke with was helpful and cheerful. Very nice experience.
