Service department has their stuff together. Service reps were all very professional, had great customer service skills, and listened to what I believed the issue was. Was offered a service ride as well. Electronic codes confirmed, and new part under warranty already on order with eta of 10 days which is well within expectations for a warranty part.

It sucks to go to a dealership for an oil change because you never know exactly where you are supposed to pull in. This was my second oil change under the new ownership, 3rd or 4th at the location, and I was underwhelmed with the service. I wasn’t sure I pulled up where I was supposed to. The service guy was defensive instead of reassuring. I was a little late, which was 100% on me, but I was informed it would take an hour and a half, which made total sense as it appears they only staffed two service men in the garage at 11am - one per car. I almost got a laugh out of the incredible lack of enthusiasm I got when the guy attempted an under-promise / over-deliver when I got my car back in an hour fifteen instead of an hour and a half, but honestly, the interaction was just painfully awkward. The service department was better when it was Baxter.
