I’ve held an account here since 1999, and stayed loyal through multiple merges. Stayed loyal through covid when their banking hours were inconsistent and sporadic. Stayed loyal when 65% of the time their ATM doesn’t work.Finally got a new account with a second bank, so I could access my money anytime but still wanted to keep my account open in hopes someday they’d be able to pull it together again.However, after a home invasion and stolen debt cards these bankers offered no assistance at getting a new card. Set up impossible obstacles given my ID was also stolen. Banker who set up my account said she didn’t remember me, which is fine but the way I was treated by the tellers re-victimized me after the invasion.I’ll be closing my account. Bankers should support customers especially when having access to money and accounts is a necessity.

Have had the absolute worst experience with this bank. Deposited a insurance check with them over a month ago and the contractor still hasn't received a check yet. This has delayed the sale of our house, looking into legal litigation against the company.
