I had an appointment with Shelby today to cut some curtain bangs as well as upkeep my natural hair. She did an amazing job, and I left feeling amazing about my hair! She gave me some great recommendations for styling and helped me choose some products to use!

Booked an appointment (at least a week or two in advance) with Shelby at 1pm on October 4th to color my hair. She made sure to book me for the entire day because I have a lot of hair. Came to my scheduled appointment and after about an hour of being there, was told that I had to reschedule. The reasoning was because & I quote “If I do your hair today we won’t get done until around 11pm.” Also stated she had a 12 hour shift the next day. Given that we booked this appointment in advance there should’ve been no reason for me to leave the salon without my hair getting done. Completely wasted my time. Just unprofessional in my eyes and I probably won’t recommend.Service: Hairstyling

I called 3 times over the period of 2 weeks and left a voice message twice and a message with a person once, never to get a call back. I stopped in person and met Mary, who was kind and helpful, and scheduled an appt for a haircut. The day I went to my hair appt I showed up and was told the lady I scheduled with had left for the day. Nicole said she would be doing my haircut. She was not welcoming and I mentioned it was my first time at this salon. I tried to share information with her about some ideas I was considering for a new hairstyle. She interrupted me numerous times, expressed irritation when I attempted to answer her questions, and she was condescending in her tone and replies. My haircut was fine, thankfully, and I was hoping to make this my new haircut home but this unfortunate lack of customer service and basic kindness is not something I will accept. I wasn’t expecting much but Nicole truly seemed very irritated, inconvenienced, and unwelcoming. I will not recommend!Service: Haircut

Jana has done my hair for years. She is the best. I can be away for a long period of time & she can fix what other hair specialist's have messed up. I highly recommend her. Backstage is a great place to go. Very laid back.

I saw Trisha for the first time today. My services were a hair trim and color, and a full facial waxing. My hair came out pretty spectacular, I must say. I have naturally dark brown hair....now starting to grey...and she turned my botched box blonde dye job into an icy, almost platinum color that I have received numerous compliments on. Along with the trim, Trisha sent me off with better hair than I think I've had in years. The waxing wasn't quite as successful for a couple of reasons. 1) I don't believe the wax was hot enough. 2) The lighting in the room I was in was a rather gentle, mellow light...not optimal for seeing fine or pale hairs that have been missed. I looked at my face in a hand mirror and didn't even realize how much had been missed till later when I got home. Trisha was diligent, even trying to "fine tune" with tweezers, it just wasn't successful. That said, I will 100% be back for my hair care, because that was truly stellar! (Also, well and competitively priced)

I recently started reviewing places I’ve been, because this is how we know now, right? I mean especially moving somewhere new and needing to know where might be a nice place to go. Now some people may be less picky than me, but politeness is pretty high on my list. We did not get hello from anyone when we walked in the door. I walked around for a couple minutes and then was asked what I was there for. Still no hello. Then the lady who cut my daughters hair was not seemingly happy to see us either. Just an overall poor attitude. The quality of the haircut is pretty mediocre. I won’t be going back.Service: Haircut

Mary has done a nice job creating a welcoming atmosphere.I’m even more pleased with my life time stylist and friend, Jana! I have thick curly hair and Jana has always created the style that meets my lifestyle and at different stages therein. My hair has a mind all it’s own and can be stubborn, but Jana has a taming hand. She has earned her title, Master Stylist!
