I called and spoke with Leo. He was very kind, very patient and answered all my questions. I didn’t visit the store because there was one closer to my house and I was on a time limit but I will make sure I visit this one in the future for his customer service alone.

Would give 100 stars if I could. They were incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond in their customer service. I went looking for a replacement headlight bulb, and was planning to diy it with very little knowledge of what I was doing. They helped me find the correct bulb and offered to help install it. Due to quirks of my vehicle, it made the process extra difficult, but they were determined to get that bulb changed. I’m very grateful for their help. Absolutely would recommend and will be returning in the future!

Everyone in the store was incredibly helpful. I was having issues with a lugnut, and they were beyond kind and patient as they helped me search for a part and gave me advice. I can not recommend this store enough and want to commend the team members who helped me this afternoon. Thank you!

Couldn't ask for better customer service!The part that I needed was not available in store and associate Trevon W went above and beyond, by not only ordering the part, but being very informative, giving me a friendly call when it was received and helping me install correctly as well. Kudos!!!!

The young guys who work here are so unprofessional!! It seemed like the guy who sold me the wrong windshield wipers tried to blame me for it because I wanted the “cheapest” wipers. If the cheapest weren’t the proper wipers for my car, then say that! Why sell me the incorrect ones? I didn’t even have the energy to go back and forth with him. They were cussing at eachother and being so offensive and extremely unprofessional. I also have 2 pending charges on my card because they had to do an exchange and then I had to buy the right wipers. Hopefully I won’t be charged twice for THEIR mistake. I will never go to this auto zone again. Very trashy.

AutoZone is becoming my go to store when I need auto parts. It seems like there's one everywhere you look and that's a good thing when in need of auto parts.

They handed me the code reader and told me to go get the code. No big deal. When I came back in, they hooked the reader up to get my code. After my codes showed up, the kid helping me had no idea what he was talking about. He gave me explanation that didn't even relate to he codes that were diagnosed. He also wouldn't hear me out on what I noticed with my car. He proceeded to print off the report, handed it to me and stated "here's the report, do what you will". Then he walked away.I will not be going back to this company, especially this location. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

Curtis helped us out so much. We were on a road trip and the check engine light came on, so we stopped at Autozone. Curtis found the problem and helped fix it quickly. He was very helpful and went above and beyond.
