I had a really good experience here :-) all of the staff were sympathetic, kind, and friendly. The dental assistant that worked with me was fantastic, as well as the doctor and the front desk staff. They got me seen and treated quickly for an emergency - and also was shockingly affordable.

Perfect service. If I could give them more than five stars I would. All staff are friendly and professional. I would like to thank receptionist Alexa, and office manager Danielle who was very helpful. She took the time to find the best plan for me. Doctor Abby was also very professional she conducted many exams and explained everything to me very thoroughly.I would reccomened this clinic for everyone.

Was very delighted with the staff and information that I received with being a new patient. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Went in with some tooth pain and the visit was very informative and we got down to the problem of the discomfort. The staff were helpful especially when it came to my dental insurance since I've never used dental insurance before. Staff deserves A+.

It was a very cold experience. The intake stuff was so busy talking to each that they made me wait before they could check me in.I came early and I’m not even sure if they told anybody that I was checked in ! the person who took me back to get my x-rays was super cold. The doctor was definitely not very professional. She briefly explained the findings of my x-rays, etc..! additionally, she just explained that the oral surgeon came once a month that he’d already been there this month so would be there in another month. So no answers to any of my questions that related to the oral surgeon. I have a tooth that’s actively very painful and that was not addressed! Quick and out! Not sure I will be coming back!

It was my first visit in a long time and was very nervous. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they really made me feel comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Not a fan at all! Boyfriend was in pain. They said they would call in pain meds after his exam. It took 2 days for them to call in ibuprofen 600mg...?Ummm...we can get stronger meds OTC had we known that was all they were calling in after taking their sweet time. We called back a week later to advise that his pain has not subsided & symptoms are worse. They said it would be 5 days before they could get him in & won't prescribe antibiotics or anything else. So we're grateful to Pine Ridge Dental who is taking over ASAP!!

The woman at the front desk was very friemdly and helpful. I was able to see the dentist in a timely manner. However, I had to wait over an hour for them to take my impressions.

Avoid this company if it all possible. Hidden fees and liars. I had them realize they were charging me more than was originally stated and they agreed to remove charges, then their system went down for a couple weeks and now theyre back to over charging me around 200.00. At this point the whole situation is causing me so much anxiety, i give up. They get to have the extra couple hundred dollars and ill never go to them again as well as they will have bad word of mouth.

I was told Aspen could accomodate us. NOPE!! very dissapointed. Ive called every avaiable dentist in South Lincoln, NO ONE was willing but 1, to see us and ONLY do a routine reg every day teeth cleaning WITHOUT, first making a drs/60 min appt check up to advise us on "needed care". WE ARE MOVING. both my parents, my fil. have life ending illnesses. We only have about 30-60 days. I'm just trying to get us in, clean once since literally the past 3 yrs weve paid for dental etc, but never been able to actually use it bc NO ONE has new patient openings!!! We finally got a reg medical Dr only a year ago. The only dentist office willing to see us for our unique situation, just do a general cleaning cant get us in for cleanings until NOVEMBER!! NO wonder there is a HUGE issue in medical insurance, lack of coverage, services. IN 8 years, 3 states weve not been able to see a Medical Dr, Eye Dr, Dentist etc. bc of the new patient abilities, and lack of appointments. bc established patients come first. BOTH my parents have used ASPEN DENTAL for their dentures, pulling all their teeth, Partials etc. I ASSUMED youd be good, t.

My daughter was seen for an appointment in early April and we have had issues with billing since then. My insurance paid over $1,100 for the visit and Aspen is saying it was only $772. I contacted my insurance company and was told an electronic funds transfer was completed on April 11th. I supplied Aspen with the EOB and now their system is down so they can't see anything. In the meantime we are being charged finance fees and interest for the balance we financed while they drag their feet determining if there should be a credit to her account for the money my insurance company already paid them. I would not recommend going there. Sounds like lots of billing issues.

This place is awful and deceitful. Their billing department is horrendous. I asked for an itemized invoice as my EOB didn't match what was charged to me. Never received. Called several times. Found out 6 months later I over paid by $222. I asked for it to be credited back to my care credit card that was used. I was advised "we prefer to keep the credit on your account for future services." I declined as I'm paying interest on these charges now. They said they'd talk to the billing manager about it. Never heard a word. Called again and was advised they were going to schedule me for a deep cleaning that this credit was going to cover half of. I advise again I do not want to schedule anything and need this credited back. I have called every week for 7 weeks now with promises of it being credit back and me getting a call back but this has never happened. Now they have had a security hack, but when you call, your told "our system is down" but they don't want to tell you the reason is your information being compromised. But it's on the news. We know! I have been more than patient and I'm disgusted with how they do business. Not even going into the fact that they wanted to do other work on my teeth that my new dentist has advise was completely unnecessary and costly for no reason. I am never going back, except to express my anger in person if my money isn't returned in the next few days. Stay away from this place and Dr Abby. She's rude and not a good at what she does. All the work she did had to be redone by a better experienced dentist. This 1 star review is way higher than they deserve.

My dental needs required most of the staff at Aspen Dental. Everyone was knowledgeable polite, well groomed and accommodating. I could not ask for a better initial consultation and experience with this clinic.
