Very disappointed
I very rare write a bad reviews but I’ve decided to spend my time and do it this time.
Be aware of bureaucracy they have in there operations
We had unit on two names for awhile. Then a few months ago we came together to transfer the unit on my name only, but they lost the paperwork of this transfer.
Now I need to bring that another person again to do a paperwork all over.
I asked what would happen if my friend would move to different state? (likely he didn’t yet) They said that I would have to fly him back here
There is no back up solution at there operations for situations like mine.
They have that person phone number address, date of birth and SSN but they didn’t want to call him directly to verify.
They didn’t want to use docusign or similar system either!
I wish I wouldn’t store my stuff there.
I desperately needed access to my stuff today but they refused to contact management or the owner.

Very unhelpful during the reservation process. I made a reservation at this facility to rent a unit, and was told on move-in day that my registration was required for my camper, but the dealership had not sent it to the tag office yet and I was not allowed to use the dealership papers to move the camper in. I had nowhere else to store the camper, so I had to use a different storage company who was more than helpful. I was then told that the reservation fee is non-refundable, despite not being allowed to fulfill my reservation on move-in day. I spoke to multiple people at the facility beforehand, and nobody seemed to know what they were talking about.

They weren't as strict about masks as I was hoping they would be. Other than that, pretty nice for antiquing.
