I really appreciate that A-4 provides care for exotic pets - they might be the only place in Lincoln, NE that does! They are very compassionate and will genuinely care for the health of your pet. Highly recommended!

Dr. Katie is excellent and all of the staff are so kind and friendly. I have taken both my chinchillas to see her and she was great with both my boys.

We absolutely love A-4! They are always so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Brad does such a great job with our fur baby! If I could rate this at 1000 stars I would! Thanks A-4 for helping keep our fur baby healthy.

We’ve been bringing our Boxers to Dr. Katy since we relocated from Seattle in 2006. She (and the rest of A4 staff) have loved and cared for each of them as if they were part of their own family. I couldn’t ask for better care for our beloved dogs…both during their lives and when the sad time has come for us to help them onto their next adventures, Dr. Katy has always been there. We love her.

Dr Catie has been out family's vet for over 20 years. We have had so many good experiences with a range of animals and would highly recommend bringing animals here.

I do NOT recommend trusting them with your pet. My best friend took her mildly sick bunny to them hoping to get help but they made it MUCH WORSE. Her animal left this place with extreme anxiety and worsening symptoms. Her bunny ended up passing away a few days after leaving the vet due to improper treatment. They had no empathy or communication skills in the process. I will never feel comfortable taking an animal to this place.

A-4 came recommended to us by a friend when we got a puppy...that was 11 years ago. We've never looked back. Dr. Katie is pretty much a God to us. All four of our pets worship her. She's so cool, knowledgeable, and just overall awesome with pets and humans alike. Sandy and the rest of the ladies at the Front Desk are always so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we've had to take a pet to an Emergency Vet situation, I'm rudely reminded that not all offices are like this. Dr. Brad did ACL surgery on our Aussie a couple years ago, and we were so thankful to have that completed so close to home. Can't recommend this place enough.

They directly impacted my bunny’s death with their malpractice. My bunny had just turned 5 years old on April 21st and her back right leg was getting kind of stiff but she still acted completely normal and could still easily hop around. I took her to A-4 and they just gave her some antibiotics, pain reliever, and told me to bring her back as soon as I could for a cleaning. They were trying to narrow out options since they didn’t know what it was since she just seemed stiff. Well then I dropped her off three days later before I went to work to be cleaned. When I picked her up after work I was given no information about her condition so I assumed she was okay. Then I got home 10 min later, took her out of her carrier, and she COULDN’T WALK. She also seemed incredibly scared which I haven’t seen since I first adopted her from the humane society. They discharged her in worse condition than when she arrived and didn’t even tell me. There were no emergency vets that would take rabbits since it was after work, so we took her back first thing in the morning. All they did then was tell us that she was “sore” from the cleaning they did on her, so they put her on a stronger medication. The medication didn’t help and the “soreness” never went away. They totally messed up her legs. Her inability to walk has now killed her a week later because whatever they did made her hardly able to eat or drink as much. I would NOT recommend taking your bunny here because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Question answer thoroughly and professionally. I just switched from my old vet to this vet and my experience was 10x better. The office is also 4 blocks from my house.
