Said they couldn’t adjust my rear tires because it was missing the nut to adjust and couldn’t adjust the front camber because the new struts weren’t slotted , I called the factory dealer and other more professional alignment shops and they are supposed to carry the nut to adjust the rear and the fronts aren’t supposed to be slotted, they are supposed to use an camber bolt. Dealers snd other shops said they should have easily known all of this and they didn’t have a clue. I’ll go somewhere else for an alignment next time.

The salesman tried to sell us a new steering gearbox to help with the alignment claiming there was excessive play in the steering gear causing the return to center of the steering wheel to not act normal. The steering gear only has 16kmiles on it and doesn't have any signs of excessive play.The caster was way out of spec on their printout that they provided us. As someone who has done many alignments in the past I know that the caster is what causes return to center.Service: Wheel alignment

I bought 4 tires online and they mounted and balanced at a fair price. All the staff were very friendly and kind. I even asked them about what kind of rims can fit my truck. And they gave me a complete explanation and good advice of which rims and tires would be better for my truck. They did a good job on my truck. I was very satisfied.

I had an issue in which my tire had fallen off due to stripped studs and missing lugs... The Police Officer was able to get it to stay on long enough for me to drive down the road to Nebraska land tire and they were able to get it in right away to fix it. They were extremely helpful and courteous. They fixed it and I was so grateful! I would Highly Recommend Nebraska Land Tire!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I arrived in the morning after changing my flat tire. They were courteous and respectful. I said I needed new tires and I told them about the wobbling issue. They not only changed my tires, they fixed the wobbling issue and they stowed my spare tire back under the vehicle. They were also down a mechanic as well but I was back on the road instantly and made it to my destination on time. They were awesome and made me feel wanted. On my way to Lincoln from Grant, My car was violently shaking on the interstate. Lexington nebraskaland tires got me in immediately. They checked my tires and found 6 in of snow packed on my rear axle. They washed it off for me and got me back on the road super fast! Very professional, caring staff! Highly recommend.Service: Tires

While driving back to Colorado on I-80, my tire light went on a few miles outside of Lexington. Not sure whether it was the cold weather or a potential flat, I called ahead and the staff agreed to let me bring my vehicle in to get checked over. Even though they were busy, they fit me in and inspected all tires and got me back on the road.Extremely caring, thoughtful and professional staff.
