I always Marvel at the variety of items for sale at Stetsons. Whether you're looking for grocery items or fishing and boat supplies they seem to have a little bit of everything. Plus propane and firewood.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. My phone was disconnected while we camped at lake mac so I came into the store for help. I just needed the internet to contact my carrier. First, the employees said they didn’t know the Wi-Fi password so I asked if I could use someone’s phone real quick to contact my carrier The girl right away told me with such an attitude, even clapped her hands and said she wasn’t comfortable giving me her phone. I was so baffled, she acted like I was trying to steal it. Don’t know if it’s because I’m Hispanic or what but I even offered her to hold my iPhone 13 while I used the internet and she continued to have attitude saying no that she didn’t have time to deal with that and was very hostile . When I walked out I told her she didn’t have to be so rude about. She continued to argue across the store and tell me I was just mad because she said no and I told her no, it was because of her tone. She continued to argue, don’t know what she was saying because the other sales girl told her to stop. I understand not wanting to loan your phone out and was perfectly fine with it but they was she answered be about was out of line and very rude.

This is a little shop of heaven out of the lake they have about everything you want employees are wonderful and kind I'm so glad that they are still here for another year and they made it through the covid pandemic. ?

Sooooooo inconsistent. One worker says they can fill the propane, a little while later another lady says they can't bc "change of plans". Omg .. always a frustrating experience here. Employees always grouchy and overworked. Just yuck.

It wouldn't let me respond or I didn't know how, lol..but I'm supposed to be moving back. Itll be a lil bit yet before that happens. Have to get my things in order and money saved which I haven't started doing yet. But as soon as I have the money I'll be back!

To the middle aged mouthy clerk, that clearly doesn’t own Stetsons, but works for them, you should be ashamed of the way you treated not 1, but 2 customers from out of state yesterday. I’m a Nebraska girl, born and raised, but have moved elsewhere and dropped through the store on our way home. This lady proceeded to berate me for being in Stetsons to buy propane for my fifth wheel , because my state is in Quarantine and I’m spreading “the covid”.... BTW miss brainiac the ent

Awesome customer service. I was treated well and accommodated. Rented a kayak for a couple hours and had a great time. I will definitely be back.
