The older female manager at this Walmart needs to be reviewed. She refused my partners identification when valid identification was provided then proceeded to tell my partner that the employees here are able to refuse service whenever they decide to. I personally find this to be in violation of discrimination policies in place at Walmart. When I had called this location to get the issue addressed and solved this manager continually disrespected me and my partner by interrupting us when trying to address the issue, reiterating that she was “sorry we felt this way”. This all around was a very unprofessional encounter. If we experience another instance like this in the future I will be filing a report with corporate.
