I normally don't post negative reviews, especially as a bad experience tends to be a one-off, except for this walgreens. Get your medication delivered. I've had to wait a day and a half to two days for multiple medications. Luckily these aren't medications that I would die without, but there's a reason why I'm taking them! Obviously, this is not the pharmacists fault. This is a staffing issue, but this is ridiculous that you have to make people wait for medication that frequently is very important to their quality of life. I used to have a medication that would basically give me flu-like symptoms if I skipped a day. Luckily, I got off of it before all of this kept happening. We now have a storm coming up and I won't be able to go get the medication and I doubt that people will come in to fill the scripts. This is unacceptable to keep medication refills waiting and to always be behind. Absolutely positively unacceptable. If you can, go to a different walgreens. If you are in between this Walgreens and another, go to the other one. The only highlight is the gentleman who sometimes answers the drive-thru in the evenings. He's wonderful and very friendly, so don't take your frustration out on him. But the rest of this experience is hot garbage!

Employee with long brown hair saw me walking up at 11:45 and legit came to to lock the door and walked away I know it closes at 12 but all I needed was some toilet paper could wait 5 minutes????

The lady checked me out.Read the amount on my UCARD wrong.And caused me to lose my $ 34.00dollars they said it would 7 to 10 days to put back on my card. That was November 13th 2023.Still haven't received it.Now it's the 30th and it doesn't carry over to December. Thanks a lot Walgreens.I won't be going back.And I'm going to tell everyone I know not to shop there.?

Get rid of this location, pharmacy staff is incompetent and will lie to you about when prescriptions are ready; for pharmacy staff to be closed the next day because you couldn't wait 30 more minutes when the prescription was supposed to be ready 2 hrs prior.

Do yourself a favor and get your meds delivered or use the drive through. I stood at the counter for seven minutes without acknowledgement. One guy literally had his back to me the entire time digging through the prescription bags. The pharmacist was busy of course, but her assistant looked at me and ignored me. Another woman behind the counter pretended I wasn't there and chatted with the guy with his back to me. I put down the items I was going to buy and just went through the drive up window.

the pharmacist was so rude when i called to see when my sons prescription would take. mind you this was at 8PM after dealing with an Urgent care who had condescending nurses and call center who yelled screamed and hung up on me. will never have anything sent here again after this. if i could i wouldnt even give them a star

I’ve been coming here for years, after I get off work, sometimes late. I will stay far away when Dee or something is there. (She works late nights) She slammed my items down, smashed some of my food. She gets mad when anyone walks in after 10pm. I know when she’s there because there’s always a man standing out front next to a car, she would rather stand outside and talk to him, us customers are an inconvenience to her and she makes it very known.I thought maybe the first time she was having a bad night, but every time I come in she’s rude and makes me uncomfortable!!!

There is always a crazy long wait at this pharmacy, minimum 20-30 minutes, a lot of time a lot longer.

I come here often, today to fill a script. I had to wait 30 min until filled so I waited in my car. As I’m waiting an employee which I believe to be a manager was out front smoking, right in front of the door where everyone can see and talking to employees through her ear piece. This is not the first time. Multiple times I have seen another employee sitting in the spot closest to the door on her break smoking. I by far judge, just think it’s a horrible look for Walgreens to have their employees smoking as all customers walk in

Called pharmacy during open pharmacy hours and was on hold for 6 minutes and another 3 minutes past close then they picked phone up and disconnected. I obviously couldn’t call back, because by that time it was 3 minutes past their closing time. Terrible customer service and they are a necessity, so they know they can get away with providing terrible service and keep their job. I really need to look into CVS, it’s just across the street, so it’s still convenient with better hours.

We had to travel to Omaha and needed a prescription transferred to us because our bags got messed up with the Southwest Airlines mess. The lady in the pharmacy said she saw it in the system but couldn’t transfer it and have a good night and hung up! Just terrible! Medication we really needed so we called another Walgreens in Omaha and they were gracious and filled it for us. Don’t go to the Walgreens pharmacy on 96th and Harrison.

My prescription was out of stock Thursday… The Walgreens app said it would be in stock and ready to pickup Friday by 3:30. I called Friday because the app still said out of stock. I was on hold for 35 minutes. The lady that answered was rude and called me a liar about the app showing it would be in stock and ready Friday. She put me on hold again and then just hung up on me. I go there and it’s not busy at all and nobody would admit to taking my call… The females there are rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for 20 years and this is unacceptable.

I should have stayed with my usual Walgreens in Papillion. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to assist me. There were about 5 people behind the counter. I was first in line, with 1 person behind me. They pretty much talked amongst themselves and avoided eye contact with me. I came in for a flu shot. I made an appt online, and also filled out my paperwork online. Someone eventually helped me. She was nice enough, and checked me in. A pharmacist or tech then "helps" me and gives me paperwork. I tell him I already filled it out online. He mumbled something incoherent. Translation: He didn't feel like pulling up my paperwork. That has never happened to me before lol. The guy couldn't even do the most basic part of his job. Ridiculous lol. Oh, when he gave me the clipboard and pen, he basically tosses them at me. He was rude & arrogant. Their whole vibe was lazy as well. I started to fill out the paperwork, but I refuse to go someplace where they made me feel the way I felt. At that point, I didn't trust them. Probably would have walked out of there with a placebo shot. I will never ever use that pharmacy again.
