Every time I go there they never have my sons ADD medicine.. It has been several times.. I understand they run out but why do they not order more when they get low. ?.

I just changed Pharmacy's since my insurance dropped CHI. I have tried to process two prescript ion s and they dropped the ball on both of them. The most recent one they claimed to have not received. They told me to have it resent. I. called the doctor standing in Walgreens Store. I wait for roughly one half hour. I then received a call from the doctor who informed they did not answer their phone so she left the entire on their recorder. Fat chance they have it tomorrow. They need a new system and a new manager!!!

I should have stayed with my usual Walgreens in Papillion. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to assist me. There were about 5 people behind the counter. I was first in line, with 1 person behind me. They pretty much talked amongst themselves and avoided eye contact with me. I came in for a flu shot. I made an appt online, and also filled out my paperwork online. Someone eventually helped me. She was nice enough, and checked me in. A pharmacist or tech then "helps" me and gives me paperwork. I tell him I already filled it out online. He mumbled something incoherent. Translation: He didn't feel like pulling up my paperwork. That has never happened to me before lol. The guy couldn't even do the most basic part of his job. Ridiculous lol. Oh, when he gave me the clipboard and pen, he basically tosses them at me. He was rude & arrogant. Their whole vibe was lazy as well. I started to fill out the paperwork, but I refuse to go someplace where they made me feel the way I felt. At that point, I didn't trust them. Probably would have walked out of there with a placebo shot. I will never ever use that pharmacy again.

The worst Drive up in the state of Nebraska If your going to have 2 lanes open maybe you should have 2 people working. Been sitting in line 30 minutes (4 cars ahead of me) I'm sick and it's contagious so do they really want me to go in and pick up my meds. About ready to switch to CVS!

Pharmacy closes for lunch on a Saturday. Rather than help me for 30 seconds pick up my medication they decided to just shut the gate in my face. Definitely never giving Walgreens another dollar.

I am truly displeased with how badly Walgreen's has gone downhill I used to go there for everything and now I dread going there to pick up my prescriptions the workers are rude as hell. the pharmacy doesn't know what the hell they're doing they need to pull their head out of their butt. I literally was in the pharmacy drive-through and I handed them two paper prescriptions went back 15 minutes later to pick them up and they told me that they have not received my prescriptions and I said how did you not receive them when I handed it to you in the drive-through. Smfh ZERO F****** STARS

Signs at this location say they offer walk in flu vaccines but when you arrive they tell you an appointment is required and refuse to accept the walk in. Signage should be removed and replaced with accurate information.

Stopped by this location today because I needed milk before my toddlers nap. The cashier was not only wearing his mask under his nose but also under his mustache. It was barely over his upper lip. He's in a high customer contact position, that kind of behavior is very irresponsible.

This place is always busy and the staff is always hard working. I come understanding that my prescription takes more than a second to fill.
