I would not recommend using this location. I placed a fairly simple order on Tuesday to be picked up Tuesday afternoon. Granted most of the city was closed because of winter storm so I wasn't totally expecting it to be ready but since it was accepted and I didn't get an error message or email saying they were closed figured I'd get lucky. Of course it wasn't ready as promised Tuesday but I knew I could pick it up Wednesday. When I got there around 530 Wednesday night not only was it not even printed but the guy working was just standing by the counter on his phone like he didn't even care. As a business person myself I would think if I came into work after being closed a day then I would start working on any jobs left from the day before. And to just be on your phone even with no one else there come on. Will not be going here again.

I really enjoy coming to this spot for delivery needs. It’s incredibly convenient and fast. The staff is always helpful and very informative and precise.

I used this location to send packages and to send my returns back to Amazon. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I have no complaints as I always in and out in a very timely manner.

I was just waiting at this store about 30 minutes before open because I got done with an appointment early and it was on my way home. I only had two quick little packages to send out as returns. I did wait until 10 AM when they were supposed to open to go to the door, and ended up waiting until about 10:15 with a group of people, some with many packages needing to go out, and nobody ever unlocked the door. There was even a UPS truck waiting with us that put a “sorry we’ve missed you” sticker on the door since no one came. A couple of us tried calling a couple times and nobody answered. I understand that things happen, and maybe staff did not show up for some reason, but at the very least a manager should be running to the store ASAP or someone should be able to answer the phone, even if they are not in-store, when customers are calling and let them know what the situation is, or set up a voicemail message to explain to customers left wondering. Someone should have access to the phones in case of emergency. I even called another UPS location and they told me that this location is independently owned, so unfortunately, they cannot do anything about this store not being open on time. I am simply irritated because I wasted a good chunk of my morning waiting for nothing, as did others. Terrible service. Hopefully just a one time thing, but someone standing outside said this store is never open on time.

Nischal and the staff at this UPS store are wonderful! They have gone above and beyond for me to print things at the last minute more than once. They are always patient and kind with drop offs even when there are long lines.

Staff that was working 5/2/23 needs some customer service training. Not friendly at all, if you're going to be rude, you shouldn't work with the public.

Some staff are nice, today's staff were not. I mistakenly selected a different store to drop off my Amazon return and didn't realize untill the employee pointed it out in a rude tone. I apologized and asked if there was a way to change the QR code I had, and he just threw up his hands and said "I don't know!" I apologized again and left. I understand I made a mistake, but there was no need to respond like that.
