They never answer the phone. They lose our mail. They have problems forwarding mail. Sad.

Never had an issue with this branch personally. It's nice and clean with a decent selection of packaging products. The few employees I've interacted with have been nice and helpful as needed.

The employee up at the counter by the name of MANUEL spent 10-20 minutes talking to a couple about everything in his life except mail. He was so oblivious to the line that was forming or simply didn’t care. He did however care enough about his 2 new friends to provide them with a (discount) or at least he said he would mark their package differently, so it would be cheaper. Next time don’t speak in Spanish so comfortably thinking no one understands you, especially when talking about things you shouldn’t be doing. A big prop to JAMES, who while MANUEL was too busy socializing he held down the fort and helped about 6-8 costumers.

USPS claimed that my address was "vacant" but I still received the usual junk mail. I came to this USPS to see where my letter is since the tracking number stated no information other than "vacant". One worker was definitely trying to avoid doing there job by first claiming the tracking number I provided was not real, then stating that there was no apartment number and that's why it was claimed as vacant. I don't live in an apartment but good try. They gave me their manager's number like that would do anything. Just check your damn returned packages. I know they stack them somewhere because I just received a notice stating "It was held for the required number of days and is being returned to the sender." Where the hell did you keep it?! I hate that the worker couldn't do their damn job and just look at the return pile.

Long lines. Only 1 person working even though there are 3 stations. Terrible parking, the mail box out side is to high for cars to drop mail in.

This location replaced the 909 N Adams location in Papillion... MANY miles apart. The service at THIS location is horrible, long lines and wait times. USPS reduce your prices instead of increases, you are NO longer worth it.

For the last 20 years I have seen those little mail trucks driving craft fully around parked cars with ease pulling right up and dropping mail. (not complicated). Now they drive these long awkward vans things and won't deliver your mail if God forbid, they have to get out of the vehicle. Sad state of affairs. 4 parking spots on my circle and I guess according to their (30 feet) rule they are all illegal now. What I pathetic downward spiral our country is headed in. Do your jobs please and thank you. You know like you did in years past.

There is usually only one employee at the counter whenever I visit this location and he is anything but friendly. Clean location except for the little dead mouse laying outside the door.

This is the worsts post office I have ever used! Plan on at least a 45 min -1.5 hour wait time! Avoid it like the plaque if you can! Usually only 1 person working and if you need anything beside stamps or a simple mailing of a letter good luck because they are not helpful and always act like it is brain surgery if they have to do anything out of the ordinary like sign for mail or ship multiple packages or how dare you ask them about lost mail or picking up certified mail.

Mail delivery has slowed down ove that year or so. Mail is constantly being put in wrong boxes. When asked where a a package is they said it wasn't there ans then suddenly was. Also not delivering a package and saying held on customers request which is a lie.

I went to this location because it was convenient while I was running errands throughout the day. I was shipping a box overseas, which I’ve never done before. Jeff walked me through everything I needed to do in order for my gift to get where it needed. Answered all my questions and very well exceeded my expectations. From now on I will use this location just because of the outstanding customer service Jeff gave.

The Hispanic man who works at this office is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met in my life. I asked if he could put one small piece of tap on my package and he told me I needed to buy it. He answered his personal cellphone while I was standing there. He plays music with some foul language and is ridiculous. My husband and I got a tax letter last week but he wouldn’t let me pick it up because it was only addressed to my husband. Also, if you live in an apartment forget about ever getting your certified mail they just put a note saying they missed you and don’t even knock to say the least I’m not impressed at all

La Vista's newest (only?) post office with retail counter. Like most post offices it gets busy around lunch as everyone runs out on their lunch break to mail a package. And, like many post offices, you find yourself standing in line and thinking, "WHY do they only have ONE person working the counter?!" To be fair. Much of the problem is caused by people who just aren't ready when they get there. So, ultimately, your fellow postal customers are responsible for most of the delays and annoyances you experience. Try not to take it out on the postal worker. They don't set the budget or do the hiring. Avoid peak times and you'll avoid a lot of delay and frustration. As always, the Ralston post office at 7300 Main Street is the best kept secret in the area, so maybe give that one a try too.

I come to this post office alot. They used to really nice, friendly and very helpful. During the holidays they would close 15 mins early so if you didn't get there at 515 they would turn you away and tell you we have customers inside already that add up to 530. Or they will look at your package and ask what do you have and then proceed with what they will do next. If you don't have box taped they turn you away and tell you we don't help with that. And literally shame you for not having it taped or packaged. If you needed anything like a tape they tell there is tape behind you. Buy it. And next time have your package ready. Asking questions is so hard because they will or will not answer. If you complain about something they will just give you a number and not take you seriously. There isn't anything stocked up there. If you ask for a box thats not on the floor they tell we don't any more. The racks are completely empty. I honestly hate coming here but its the closest I have and only use the hyvee one when I have to go shopping. I wish there was better service and nicer people. Oh yes, they will answer their phones right in front of you and tell you hold on while they answer it.
