The agent I spoke did a fine job but this place seems to insist on using a robotic customer service that fights you every step of the way to speak to an actual human. Why would I want to speak to a robot that can’t even understand my tracking ID after the first two attempts? Then this robot voice will hang up instead of transferring if it can’t understand your Id#. DO NOT USE USPS if you can help it especially if they don’t hire more HUMANS to assist the customer instead of taking the cheap way out

I have never had a worse experience anywhere… Manuel is the rudest uncaring person. I stood in line for 40 mins to get my dad’s mail that he spoke to the post office to arrange. When he brought the mail up to the front he asked my name. Obviously it was in my dad’s name not mine. Rather than explaining he just said I can’t help you grabbed the mail and walked away. I said excuse me then he explained that it didn’t have some paper it needed. I called my dad who said he filled that out with another employee. Manuel said still can’t help you I don’t have the paper and can’t get it. I said can you call the other office and ask for the other employee. He said I don’t know the number. I said you don’t know your other offices number? He then said I do but I’m not calling them. He said you need to fill out the form. I said we have done that and this is a mistake on your end so I can’t fix it. He said no these are your mistakes you have too much mail and I can’t help you. In the mean time a lady behind me started to chime in rudely telling me to leave and Manuel started to chime in with her being very rude. I see several posts on here about Manuel and super surprised that he still has a job. Had he been understanding and had patience in explaining and helping me this whole experience could have been different. Instead he chose to be as rude as possible.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE; GO TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE.
Seriously, two years on and this office is still an absolute mess. Tried to drop off two packages this morning (after avoiding this location for at least a year) and the front door was locked, paper sign redirecting to the side door, only to get to the counter and be told they can’t print shipping labels.
The one by the Millard airport gets the job done, or the one in Ralston, but the La Vista post office is bad at being a post office.

I have used this place twice to ship packages and have had 1 package out of each trips not get scanned and disappeared. This place has an integrity issue.

Jeff went above and beyond to answer a unique question and I thank him as some would have skirted the issue. Thank you Jeff

They closed 10 minutes early. I tried drop off my package in the drop off box, but it would not open. I'm pretty sure it was full, but they didn't empty it before closing.

Slow, rude workers. Only self serve kiosk in 10 miles doesn't work.

They never answer the phone. They lose our mail. They have problems forwarding mail. Sad.

Was not impressed when I had to wait a half hour feeling like I was in a Hispanic rave, with Hispanic music blaring and only one 'window' open but two people working that single window.

Never had an issue with this branch personally. It's nice and clean with a decent selection of packaging products. The few employees I've interacted with have been nice and helpful as needed.

The employee up at the counter by the name of MANUEL spent 10-20 minutes talking to a couple about everything in his life except mail. He was so oblivious to the line that was forming or simply didn’t care. He did however care enough about his 2 new friends to provide them with a (discount) or at least he said he would mark their package differently, so it would be cheaper. Next time don’t speak in Spanish so comfortably thinking no one understands you, especially when talking about things you shouldn’t be doing. A big prop to JAMES, who while MANUEL was too busy socializing he held down the fort and helped about 6-8 costumers.
