For the last 20 years I have seen those little mail trucks driving craft fully around parked cars with ease pulling right up and dropping mail. (not complicated). Now they drive these long awkward vans things and won't deliver your mail if God forbid, they have to get out of the vehicle. Sad state of affairs. 4 parking...
