I don’t know his name, but an older guy that works there maybe middle-aged. He was very sweet about my car not working and then he offered to take cash in for me and then as he walked away a guy came up to my car and started asking me questions and I was visibly uncomfortable And the gentleman from Quiktrip came back out and pumped my gas for me so that I didn’t have to stand outside. He noticed all on his own and didn’t make me have to put my gas with them staring at me. I’ve never felt comfortable at a gas station.

Look, I get it. It's a gas station and the prices will be above average. However, beer is much cheaper at the competition (other gas stations). Really, I am the asshole for not walking out when I saw the prices. Doesn't really excuse QT though.

Quick Trips are my first choice to stop at for fueling up my vehicle or for grabbing a quick bite to eat and something to drink. The buildings are brightly lit and I feel safe there. My kids and I stop in at this location for a snacks and drinks often. Of course we always find what we are looking for because everything was well-stocked. This location is kept clean.

Used to be a daily regular but for some bizarre reason QT corporate removed breakfast burritos from the menu. Sorry dudes but breakfast tacos for 2x the price of a single burrito ain't happening in a value-centric economy. Your customer base is value focused hard working people. And worse yet, those tacos suck.As someone who works with technology supply chain management regularly, it's evident QT's corporate people are confused and helpless. Stock-outs are regular on popular products. Sunkist Diet Orange? Yeah, everyone loves it and it's almost always stocked out. Single row. You'd think QT would have an information system telling them "HEY, WE SELL TONS OF THIS HERE. MAKE MONEY ON SALES. DOUBLE THE INVENTORY" but according to data analytics vendors I know, QT is inept and backwards here. Lots of NIH (Not Invented Here) in their IT and marketing group that causes them to fail badly.Overall, QT is a company that does a great job compelling employees to attend to customers, but fails with its analytics and intelligence. The moment they have a winning product, they are incapable of recognizing it. Worse, they punish customers who are most loyal as their systems respond to higher demand with failure. I don't expect them to survive 10 years as their competition has already figured out these things. It's a shame given they do many things extremely well.
