The Pod was great, I would have wished for a little bit bigger pod to fit all my belongings from a 3 bedroom townhouse. Still had to load up my SUV with remainder items. 16 foot pod couldn't handle it all.

Had to cancel the pick up and it was easy and quick. The phone call from the drivers was another added perk.

I placed an order online and later decided to cancel while I got further affairs in order. I sent an email five days ago and hadn't heard back so I called. Rick answered the phone and rather than listening to my feedback and apologizing for the lack of response, he informed me that I should have known to call (for security reasons) to cancel my order rather than sending an email. As I explained that I had no issue calling, but would have appreciated a response to the email, I was told it was the busy season and they get a lot of emails.When I asked to speak to a supervisor or escalation department, he told me they didn't have one. He then changed his comment after I called him on the inaccurate information he provided about his management structure and continues to put me on hold. No supervisor ever came on the line. Although I didn't use their services, this experience has caused me to look for a different service when I am ready to book.

Pods was pretty easy to use and they were prompt on their delivery and pick up times. It made moving a lot more stress free. Thank you.

On Feb 9th, 2023 My husband and I filled out an online quote for a POD unit to be delivered to our current residence. We were moving to a new residence located in the same state about 50 miles away from where we had the unit delivered. On February 14th, 2023. POD’s delivered a unit to our current residence. We packed the unit and on March 15th, 2023, my husband called PODs to schedule pick up time to have the unit delivered to our new home. It was at this time we were informed by a POD’s rep that they didn't deliver to the location of our new residence as advertised on their website.POD”s advertises Statewide and Nationwide delivery.Never did a POD representative call to follow up after we submitted the online quote. We assumed that the delivery location was covered as stated in their website.We are seeking a full refund. POD’s complete lack of transparency and false advertising is unacceptable. My husband had to unload all of our items from the POD into another unit from a different company. Pod was delivered on time and driver was friendly. He made sure to place the unit where I wanted and was respectful of property.

We used a Pod because we could manage a large move too a new home and felt that the handling would be superior to have a moving company or renting a truck large enough to accommodate the move. We had two Pod's and both were delivered as promised. No damage that was related to the shipping as we packed and packing was tight and well protected. The experience was excellent.

You should not send drivers out that want to talk politics and call for revolutions etc. Very unprofessional. Politics should never be a subject for a complete stranger delivery person to bring up. My husband could not get rid of the driver fast enough. Your driver got out of the truck and immediately went on a political rant.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We scheduled our pod to be delivered to a home we were moving out of, it came on time. We scheduled for it to be picked up from that home, it was picked up on time. We scheduled the pod to be delivered to the home we were moving into, had family drive 6 hours to help us move, we all took the day off of work as it was a weekday, and it never showed. I called at 9am and 5 more times through 2pm trying to figure out why our scheduled delivery time apparently disappeared, and got all of the blame put on us. Then I was told if a spot opened up on the lot to have the pod dropped in so we could unload, that we could do that and that pods would work to make that happen. Nothing. Not a call back. Constant arguing the half dozen times I've tried calling back. No one cares to pose a resolution, they just want someone to blame for why our scheduled delivery is no where in their notes. And at this point it's our word against all 10 "customer service" agents I've had to speak to over the 6 hours spent wasting my time, and still no resolution, no one ever cared to help or come to a solution, only argue. Our first and last experience with this horrible company.

**Edit - After writing this review the Omaha representative got ahold of me and solved the issue**While using PODS for the first time the initial driver hit the power and cable lines going to my house. This ripped part of my soffit on the house and the lines needed to be reconnected. It's going on two months and I have not had any communication with a representative to fix this issue.It has taken HOURS to get ahold of someone on the phone and they were unable to give answers and would hang-up.
