PODS was definitely the easiest part of selling/buying and moving across the state. Their communication and timing was excellent. We tried to get a quote from 2 Men and a Truck, but they did not call back. After 2 attempts, we decided to go with PODS. The text feature was really easy when we needed to change our pick up date. Definitely use that vs calling in. Great service!

Extremely bad customer service. Lied on numerous occasions to me. Very hard to understand the representative numerous times while trying to communicate with company. Refused to admit their errors. Will never recommend this company. They do not deserve any stars.

Driver dumped two pods on my property that I did not order, blocking driveway. Spent several hours on the phone, trying to get them removed, all they can do is ‘open a ticket’. Terrible customer service.

We got a POD after our studio flooded so we would have a place to put all of our belongings while getting it cleaned and new floors put in. We needed it for about 3 months and everything was great! We had quite a bit of rain during the time our things were in the POD and no water got inside. Would definitely use againA!

Very friendly people from phone calls to delivery of the POD itself. Stayed true to the time frame they provided for delivery and pickup. Respectful of property upon delivery of POD and taking it to destination. Billing was explained carefully and we were charged exactly to what they quoted us at each stage of pickup and delivery.

The Pod was great, I would have wished for a little bit bigger pod to fit all my belongings from a 3 bedroom townhouse. Still had to load up my SUV with remainder items. 16 foot pod couldn't handle it all.
