Ordered 3 items. Wanted to return 1. I had to PAY more than the item was worth to ship back. Representative was not willing to offer an alternative. Basically STUCK with a broken item. I do NOT recommend and I will NOT order from this place again. They should state NO RETURNS, FINAL SALE because returning is ridiculous and not worth the effort.

Worst online company to order from! If you order make sure not to return it. I wanted to return items I bought because the quality wasn't what I expected. I chatted with an associate online and she was very rude (Lynn). She said I had to pay $6.99 for a return label! My item was $14! She offered no help. Worst customer service and quality. Never again, go shopping at Hobby Lobby or Michaels! Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people!

I ordered on June 30 and it arrived July 12. The have a 30 day return policy but the clock starts counting from the day its ordered, not received. This doesn't make sense since packages are delayed, lost or stolen. I basically had 2 weeks to return. I called August 8 to find out they would not accept my return.

We ordered plastic stemless wineglasses for our wedding and the quality of the plastic is horrible with smudges and scratches everywhere. The print is very bad as well and extremely faded. We would be embarrassed to have these for people to use. They would not let us return the product and we had to pivot and use another company and now we are out hundreds of dollars.

2 issues I had with this website that I can't accept! -sign me up on reward program without acknowledge! $14.95 a month and we have no idea who is charging on the statement. -I have called for confirmation on expire date and they told me they never sell expired stuff but product came which is expired. This website is horrible! Stop buying!

This company is a joke. I spent a great amount of money on items and candies that were sent out to me broken and they would not let me return them. Then I wrote a review on their site and they took it down. Whoever you guys are paying to fulfill customers orders needs to double check on the products that they are sending out. It's not a good look for you guys and it's not a good look when you send broken items and won't allow us customers to return/ exchange them.

Meh. Was a fun-ish job with *lots of potential for extra pay with OT and small bonuses*. However, their base pay is a poverty trap. Not to mention the severely lacking upper management and HR competencies. If you need extra money around the holidays, totally worth it....if you have the ability to work 100+ hours in a pay period for what will still be a negligible wage. Oh and then the "required" Saturday shifts. Can't forget the ridiculous caveats for getting some of that extra pay....

Sneaky Oriental Trading Company has a "Fun" program that they charge you $14.95 a month and I was inadvertently enrolled in it during my last purchase. Foolish on their part because now I'm afraid to order anything from them again. I'm sure I'm not alone and they've probably lost a good deal of business for their unethical practices. I noticed an out of the blue charge yesterday of $14.95 and had it cancelled and a refund was on the way. Today I see an additional charge of $14.95 from them. When I called the company they denied any wrong doing and said it's impossible they could've charged me again. They declined an offer to send them a screenshot. They said there was nothing they could do and my "Fun" account was closed. Such a huge headache for trying to rip off customers. AWFUL! Just Google it and you'll see this is a common occurrence and problem. Terrible! I now have minus $15 from my account I can't spend on a needed prescription. I have to work extra now to make the money they took out of my account to afford it. Truly a terrible company. Hope those responsible for this bocus account get their karma real quickly.
