Can't cash a $40 winning lotto ticket I bought here (a $30 ticket) I really liked coming here its in a convenient location for me, the guy here seems annoyed by customers lately so it will be easy to just drive down the street, I will not go here again.

Love the staff at this Kwikshop. Always super friendly and just plain cool. Now if corporate could make the app work all the time it would be great. Seems like no matter what location I go to.... It takes several attempts before the app will succeed in authorizing the pump. But that has nothing to do with this locations staff performance.

Your stupid cashier today straight told my best friend his ID was fake. Never scanned the id just bent it and said ya that’s fake. Worthless people. Just don’t care. Probably won’t get fired tho cause this company always backs their employees. Real ID just doesn’t want to do his job. Worthless sad and pathetic.

Worst customer service! Hot chocolate machine was plugged up and when we told the cashier she just shrugged it off. I asked if I could fix it since she clearly didn’t care to and it had obviously not been cleaned in a long while. Cashier never acknowledged us after. We left without hot choc and will never return.

This Kwik shop definitely needs some sort of remodel , it's outdated and there is always a pile of water on the side of the building , seems like they are always trying to repair it but it doesn't get fixed correctly. Was there today and the sign said gas was $2.29 and so did the pump . , I picked up the nozzle and it went up to $230 ,, um ok , no big deal but odd , got done pumping gas and looked and saw it went up to $2.33 . I am not sure how these are managed , if someone is in the back room changing prices or someone far away in some building just gets them all updated at the same time but seriously they should be updating the sign showing the prices 1st . I also don't think it's right that it does up in the middle of pumping gas . I tried getting a receipt printed but magically one didn't come out . Inside of the building is smaller then many gas stations are now , selection is small . Staff inside is friendly enough in the mornings so no complaints there . Honestly the only reason I even go to this location is the location to my work . Once the gas station next to my work opens I won't be going there anymore .

This place is a good gas station. The service is remarkably kind! Something this place could improve on, is the prices. What I mean is some of the prices for some of the things here I don't really agree with. There are some things that seem to be a little more expensive than you'd anticipate. There are public bathrooms here. I will obviously shop here again. Thank you for the kind service!

Recently when I visited this store for a fuel up which i try to do often at this store they consistently have the lowest price for diesel. Anyway there was an accidental over charge on my card. I contacted the gentleman (Tyler) that was working when this happened, he assured me that he would take care of it make sure I got my money back as quickly as possible. Between Tyler and Lee (the store manager) they most defiantly went above and beyond, out of there way for a couple of days contacting the help desk to get this problem resolved as quickly as possible. Tyler made sure he kept me filled as much as possible! Tyler contacted me Saturday to let me know it had been resolved and that I could pick up my money, I told him I would not be able to make it till Monday morning as that was when I would be in that area next. He said that this would not be a problem. When i showed up Monday morning, Tyler promptly acknowledged me. Although they where somewhat busy they made sure to take care of me right away. This is defiantly not a GREAT experience you think you would have with a gas station. So once again THANK YOU, TYLER AND LEE for all your great and hard work!

This is my local convenience store. There's an older gentleman that works the overnight shift there that is extremely rude/annoyed with customers. I don't understand how he's able to keep his job. I now drive a few miles away to quiktrip to make purchases.
