“Not a paid review I swear. But with their perks they have for customers , blunt, honest workers they have, i regret not using this service sooner. They didn’t try to lie and up charge me anything. With my trade in i got more than what i was expecting & they didn't even tell me.i have never been with a service provider who has so many perks. With their AA service i can NOT tell you how much they’ve helped me out ( being broke not affording insurance). Im writing this from me being stranded and being thankful for the AA they provided as my tires were slashed. They EARNED a customer for life, ill tell ya that. Most honest workers i’ve met that take pride in what they do. This sounds like a fake review but i promise, this company has helped me out so much already. Im month 2 in it, but so far everything has been hands down amazing. Will revise if changed.”

“The guy who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure who to give credit to, but I’d been putting off the trip for weeks because I’d been dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised! He didn’t try to upsell me anything, helped me get exactly what I asked for, and was very clear about the pricing. The store didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, but he easily ordered it online for me, to be shipped to my house. I had a great, easy experience and will definitely come back to this store specifically whenever I need anything!”

“Best experience ever!! Jacob was absolutely amazing! We switched our 7 phones and apple watch and ipads over from Verizon. He was so patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. He was able to save us so much money. Because of how well he worked with us, we decided to go with T mobile internet as well.I have been wanting to change places and I know I made the right decision. He went into the US Cellular shop and Jasen Withuhn stepped up to help him through this process, which took about 15 minutes on the phone. Please, go train the female employees at the Towne Center Parkway location in Papillon. That's where I went first and they were rude, condescending and unhelpful.”

“I love this location, joined the us cellular family here. They are very welcoming and understanding of their services. Got me on a great plan and got me the new S24 ultra with ease. They transferred all my info from my old phone and provider. Heather the agent that helped me, even told me about the zfold and flip and how bad they are. I wanted the 24 anyway I had a 22 ultra so its a heck of a upgrade. Happy to be apart of US Cellular.”

“I went in to the store this morning with a red screen expecting to have to buy a new phone. I talked to Aaron and he wasn't sure if this was something he could fix. after he did a reset, not a factory reset, that kept everything except some of my settings, and it was fixed!! He did an amazing job and only took 10 minutes in the store. Thanks Aaron!”

“We walked in, added ourselves to the waitlist, and sat down to wait out our time. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to talk with a customer associate. Adam was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He took care of our needs for switching from our other cell provider. Everything took close to two hours, but we were pleased with all that needed to be done. The store was clean and nicely arranged to see what products they offer. Their women's bathroom was stocked and clean as well.”

“Juan at 90th street store in Omaha, Nebraska WAS OVER THE TOP AWESOME!!He took time to see what my need were. He also took time to check out if there were any promotions.He even took time to " Ready"my new items for me!!!???This young man has a very good knowledge of Customer Care!!!In this 21st century, many businesses have lost the art of dealing with customers with compassion instead of hate, because they have to work!Juan went above and BEYOND, what I'm sure his actual duties are!Every time I go into THIS particular store, it's always a new manager and new employees.You never know what you're walking into, however, the last 3 Managers that I had contact with, were similar to Juan. I wished they could just stay at that store! I'm just hoping they were promoted, as they were all great.Juan had super respect, was very kind and considerate and wanted to "Help me" any way he could.Such a genuine person!! I just hope this changing of managers keeps bringing this store, Super Great humanitarians, as I've come a-cross on each one of my visits.Juan greeted me when I came in, even though he was doing something else. As he was working with me (3 hours) people would come in, he'd greet them, tell them how long the wait would be.As I would listen, I would tell him. "It's ok with me, if you want to help others, not a problem with me. He said no, I said yes again?, then while something was loading or he was doing my stuff on the small pad,(he was entering some of my new products in ) awaiting that thing for approval,he would help whoever was waiting. He is just an amazing helpful, courteous young man!!I think he felt bad, I had to be there so long, however, was not his fault.Part of it was I had a lot to download, I think he wanted to help me, as he could see the crippling of my hands.That pad he enters products in, takes FOREVER to verify your stuff!!Then, if it's wrong or wouldn't take an item, they have to start ALL OVER!!! I've seen customers get very angry awaiting that little pad to come up with a yes or no!!Kind of ridiculous, for customers to have to wait soooo long.If it was just up to the tech helping you, you'd be out in 45-60 min!3,4,5, hours.. well that's too long. Please pass along to your "Technicians" who process on the other side, of that little pad, to figure out a better system so your employees don't have to take customer backlash because they've spent HOURS in your stores.(21st Century Technology People)I don't know how many times Juan Apologized for it taking so long!!( wished you could find a better way)Anyway. “Great store customer service. They were all helpful and professional. They made it so easy to get our internet set up. Our house had coax cords that had been cut when we moved in so we had to have a technician come out. Within just a couple days they were able to fit us in. Jamelle came out and worked hard to troubleshoot our problem. He was professional and kind and got us up and running. Thank you!”
