I chose this shop by chance and felt as if I hit the lottery! I brought my car in for an estimate and decided to approve this shop to do the repairs. My car has never looked so good!. I got it back sooner than expected and it looked better than when I bought the car in 2016. Tim has excellent customer service as does everybody that works at the front. Most definitely the best experience with an automobile repair company.

Initially promised 3 days, then 10 days to be finished with repairs. By the time it was actually ready, 14 days had passed. Very little communication. Whoever I spoke with over the phone was quite rude.

I’ve used Gateway for both body work and maintenance. They’ve always been great to deal with! They repaired damage for under $400 when another shop quoted me $1,300.
They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and offer fast and friendly service!

Great place, great guys! They really got me out of a jam. I was in Omaha for a couple weeks working and had engine issues, I couldn’t have picked a better one stop shop for everything I needed. Howard at the front desk is A++ and kept me in the loop the whole time. Not only did they fix my car and set up for it to be shipped to Oklahoma (where I went to work next, the engine took a bit to fix) but they also gave me a courtesy car while I was in Omaha without me even asking. I am very pleased. My only gripe is I don’t live in Omaha and they can’t be my regular shop. Thanks again Howard!

I have called and scheduled for an oil change. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to what my concerns were and gave me information without hesitation. It was a great experience compared to other places I had been. I would recommend anyone here . Also they did not try to sale me on other services not needed for my car.
