CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are available for eligible individuals aged 10 and above, with minors requiring adult accompaniment. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause delays. The pharmacists at CVS are known for their helpfulness and expertise. They are willing to assist customers in finding the right over-the-counter products and providing information about medications. Customers appreciate the 24-hour availability of the stores, which is a valuable resource for night owls and those in need of immediate access to prescriptions or other necessities. While the stores can get quite busy, especially during the pandemic, the staff generally provides a positive experience. Customers have reported short wait times, friendly service, and a willingness to accommodate their needs, even when the pharmacy is overwhelmed. The overall experience has been described as "wonderful" by some, with the pharmacists taking the time to address concerns and provide information. However, there have been instances where the staffing levels have been a concern, with customers noting that there was only one person on the floor and the manager was unavailable. This can lead to longer wait times and a less than optimal customer experience.
Drive thru is nearly always closed for the last month. Long lines. Slow service. Could take multiple days to get your Rx filled. Dont expect anything spectacular. If my insurance paid for it id go elsewhere
