We have had a Culligan Water Cooler in my office since 2008. I highly recommend as it is some of the best water I have tasted. No after taste at all.

Met with Susan the Water Specialist, and was convinced I made the right decision choosing the Reverse Osmosis water system for my family! Now my water taste great, similar to fresh clean well water/ rain water. She tested my water, listened to my concerns, gave her professional advice and offered Culligan’s services for my entire home; without negative pressure to buy. I highly recommend Halls Culligan Water and its team of professionals plus great customer service!! I have been a customer for years. My new delivery driver is so nice! He always calls before he heads my way. When he arrives he offers to bring my water up to my apartment even though I have a cart.

Avoid this location like the plague. They lie, the over charge, they do not respond or return calls. They have had our equipment for over 2 months for service and repair. We were told two weeks. Mind you, this is after 2 years of being lied to which could have prevented all of these issues to begin with! They have cost me lots of money and headaches due to their incompetence. At this point Id rather drink muddy water than to ever have to deal with these people again. They all tell you the same thing. and you always get the same result, LIES!

Hello,My name is Chuck Arnold, I work at the Maintenance Dept. at the Tri County Regional Jail 4099 St. Rt. 559, Mechanicsburg, Ohio 43044. We purchased a complete water softening system in 2018 for approximately 15,000.00.. We have had several issues with the system, 1 of the issues is the Reclaim system that was purchased extra, due to it was promoted at the time of the sale.During the course of the last 3 years, we have had the Solenoid replaced, new tank, a couple of head replacements, ect. The service techs that come out constantly tell us the reclaim system never works right, it was never a great idea.Now comes the problem, we have been out of soft water since 12/18/23. Halls Culligan, out of Marysville has been out at this location every week trying to make the system work. The 1st problem was the fiberglass tank, in which we bought new and had Steve Roosa order it . On 12/26/22023 Halls Water out of Marysville replaced the tank and it was working, as I check the softness everyday. On 1/1/2024 we were out of soft water again. Called your company in Marysville, they could not come out to service until the following week.On 1/11/2024, we had soft water again (next day), then on 1/16/2024 I called your company again, again we had to wait another week (no soft water), a tech came out to repaired the system on or about 1/21/24 fixed a part, then again on 1/25/2024 we were out of soft water. This time, it is the reclaim system, according to the Tech, it is (1) of the (3 ) Valves to the reclaim system, they have to ask Steve Roosa if it can be rebuilt, or replaced. I was also told by the Serv. Tech, that Steve will get with me on a quote. As of this writing, still no response from Roosa. It has been over a week. What kind of company does Hall soft water run??We have 2 new domestic water boilers that require soft water. I understand we have bad water here in the Village of Mechanicsburg, I also understand we had to get a size down on the equipment due to limited space. Hall Culligan of Marysville, knows that we can not run without soft water, as of this writing, I still have no response form Steve Roosa on a reclaim unit part.We are now currently searching for another Company to help us out since Hall Culligan Water of Marysville seems to not want our business.
