“Love this location, they know me very well, I use to come in every few weeks and then I was gone for some months came back and they still remembered me. I think of them as friends because they are so welcoming, and concerned when you don't show up for months. Lol definitely a great staff!!”

“I've gotten two car loans with PenFed. They offered the best rates but they do not do ACH transfer to the dealer. At least not to the one I used. So I had to go into the office, an hour drive from my home, to pick up a check to sign and give to the dealer. A bit archaic.”
