Went today. Posted $3.00 for wash. I saw machine take $4.00 then later in the day checked my bank and found they took $10.00 from my account! Of course there is no number to call to get a refund. Never going back and will warn everyone I know.

I wish we had car washes with this much pressure where I live! Very reasonably priced, love the credit card option! This is the fastest I've been able to fully wash and wax my full size truck to my satisfaction at a diy car wash ever!

This car wash has been continuously problematic. I got a membership. I washed my Beetle and got water in my lights and had to replace my lights and then I was rear-ended and then I cleaned my floor mats and they smelled like cigarettes after. I have tried to just use the free vacuums and they aren't very strong and it's a hassle waiting for them just for them not to work. They harass you when you ask for a singular car wash and won't shut up and raise the bar until you listen to their shpeil. You are crammed in there way too close to other vehicles and they don't look when they wave you in. They don't towel dry your car and you roll right out into oncoming traffic with a wet car. You wait in a long line and I get they want to speed things along, but the quality isn't there. I'd rather go to Casey's and use my father's vacuum. They take care of my car and towel dry and keep a safe distance between vehicles and they're friendly and professional and courteous and customer-oriented.

There should be an option of a zero star rating due to the fact that my car was damaged but after calling and calling and never getting an answer from ANY number, I submitted a claim & a cancellation on my membership yet they still never got back to me & I was charged. After going to the location to cancel my membership, apparently none of the employees knew how to cancel it, so I tried calling any number AGAIN but no answer AGAIN & so I was charged AGAIN. I was given the run around & finally today after 30 minutes with no answer, my mom tried calling & they answered right away, they told her they don't do refunds so basically they had us going in circles & I was still charged again. Save yourself & don't get a membership.

I purchased Rocket Car wash coupons through Youth For Christ. I've used 2 now. Each time I asked about why my rims, wheels/tires are so dirty after the car wash. A manager(?) tried to explain to me. Made no sense, also don't want to hear about a problem, when it's not MY issue. It needs to be fixed. I have 6 coupons. I hope it's fixed by the next time I return. I don't appreciate having to clean that much dirt off after I just went through a car wash?♀️?♀️ I had a membership here last year. I'm afraid a few things have gone down hill.
