I am being required to relocate for my job and I cannot break my lease because they require 4x the rent, over $4000+. Be warned if you sign a lease here, you will owe 60 days of rent and 200% of the rent along with it, so they will want $4,000-5,000 just to leave, even if it's emergent or they know you cannot afford it. The property manager will not work with you at all around the cost.
They will essentially charge you 1/2 a year of rent. Be surprised if you get security deposit back as well.
Edit: Most people who require early termination do not know two months in advance for emergencies, it's unethical. Just because something is in a lease agreement doesn't make it normal, or ethical. Charging tenants 4x the rent is excessive and uncommon at majority properties. 2x the rent is the regular amount. I've been a tenant with Edward Rose for over four years, and despite not being here in December, they still want to charge me for a month they can easily fill with a new tenant. This is an example of a corporation taking advantage of its customers to make extra money.
Management decided to delete their reply because they know the practice is predatory to renters and unethical. Don't do business with this complex.

The maintenance guys are going a great job . Kuddos to the team.
They did a great job during the latest storm. They cleaned up next morning. Even during snow …. They cleaned it properly.
When ever I call in for service they do it promptly.
I do face some issues one is the CENTIPEDES. I catches centipedes atleast one in a week.Initially was very scared now use to…
And the other is the VENT … it is not absorbing the cooking smoke.The authorities suggest to open the patio door where insects are coming in. (flies wasp)
If there is play area , the kids can make more friends as well the parents.
There was a leakage in the concrete we struggled a lot during winter 2022 we couldn’t use the room throughout winter and few weeks in spring, as it was too cold.
When I took it forward they helped up to their strength.
I just shared these points to you coz it will be useful to you. And the future tenants gets the benefits out of it.

We’ve lived here 3 years so far and we love it! Maintenance is responsive and quick, the app makes everything a breeze and the grounds are well maintained. It feels like the staff take pride in the complex and that feels really amazing and it shows!

Toured with Jennifer who was ready for the appointment! Other places I’ve toured were either closed for my appointment, or unprepared. While driving around the property, on a comfy golf cart to save my feet after a long day of work, the location looked well taken care! Inside the unit it smelt clean & looked clean. We were informed that carpets are professionally cleaned once maintenance is complete with work orders. Then mentioned that they have a two step unit cleaning process before any new tenant moves in!! Music to my ears. Over-all I like the extra/separate laundry rooms as well as the spacious deck storage. Can’t wait to call this place home!

Better make sure you check every single small detail of your lease before breathing, that prick Tanner will attempt to charge you for it. 4 years and close to $50,000 yet searching and begging to tack on another fee instead of walking less than 30 seconds to check a unit where the move out date was CLEARLY, CLEARLY communicated with office staff both over the phone and email. Maybe don’t clock out early on a weekday you’ll be more in the know bud. Thank you to all the sweet women helping in the office.

I've lived in a lot of apartments and the management here is awesome. Jennifer and Erica are very thorough and nice. The entire process ran smoothly with lots of communication from them and my first maintenance request was filled right away! The company encourages feedback through surveys and reviews, so I know they will make sure things go well. I love the size of the apartment and it's a very peaceful community. So far, it's been a great experience.
