Normally I have no problems coming into this the woman that works at the store is always so helpful but today I went into the store to help my grandmother with her service and this guy was working. First, waited for a good five minutes or so until he got off the phone, he didn't greet us at all. Once he got off the phone he automatically refused to help us. I tried to explain to him my grandmother bought a boost card but for some, her pin wasn't working. He started to belittle us saying " it's very simple just call the number on the card, we don't deal with boost cards here". The woman that normally runs the store is always so helpful so my grandmother likes to come inside and receive help when something goes wrong with her phone. I was explaining to him that her pin wasn't working but he didn't want to help us. I just decided to leave because I didn't want to start being disrespectful although he was extremely rude to us. Although he has nothing to do with boost card it still gives no one the right to treat ppl especially those working in customer service and I will be reporting him to boost.

When can I have some service done on my phone and was extremely pleased with the attention I got from the employee. I have been with Boost for 5 years and have not had a single problem. I just had two friends who signed up with Boost because of my recommendation. The price is right, the service is good, and the coverage is fine.... There was a time when the employees and they were not very helpful but they seem to have replaced them. I highly recommend Boost at this time.......

All I can say is the lady that works here at this store is really awesome she has great way of talking to our customers and treating them very nice and as far as I'm concerned she don't try to force still make you want something if you ask about something she'll tell you and she'll let you know if she if you ask her she'll tell you what she thinks is good or bad but she won't try to make you buy anyting

My cousin and I went in two days ago to get his service switched from Republic Wireless to Boost Mobile, keeping his number but using a different device (bought from Sprint). The one lady charged us to activate his phone and service for the month on a $10/month plan before the other worker, Dora, came over from helping other customers and saw that the device is locked by Sprint. Spent roughly an hour and a half at the store wasting time and money before Dora intervened. Went home, got the device unlocked, and went back to Boost today. Dora was extremely helpful but unfortunately, the people she called switched his service from Republic Wireless to Boost Mobile before she learned and relayed that the $10/month plan we paid for is not possible for the device. So now not only is my cousin not able to save any money switching to Boost, since his service was cancelled with RW, he can't go back to the same plan he was grandfathered in on, on a BROKEN DEVICE. The new to him device meant for Boost is not able to be used on RW, hence the reason for switching. When on the phone with some customer service man that Dora had called, my cousin was told that no payment history was available and therefore he didn't have an account set up (we paid the other day) so he would need to pay more money to get an account set up to get the account number to switch BACK to RW. Dora called someone else who did give us the account info, along with refunding the money spent the other day.

Best Boost Mobile location I have ever been to and will go to in the last 8 years! Been a loyal Boost customer and this was actually the first time I ever had to go into the store, but Dora and Esme were extremely helpful, polite, and patient even with the long lines they had to go through. But everyone got helped and left with what they needed! Sorry I didn't go here sooner but this was an amazing first in-store experience for a loyal customer. To think I was so close to going to another provider I am almost kicking myself for. Just do your research beforehand, because having some knowledge about the Boost network will help greatly in avoiding problems! I simply chose the wrong unlocked phone to try and bring to Boost but they got it working! AMAZING!!!
