My puppy gets excited to see the staff which is really nice to see because she’s gets nervous around other people. I feel comfortable with her there because their updates on her day are on-par with her personality/behavior that I see at home.Being able to reserve the enrichment room is really nice for extreme weather weekends so she can get her energy out in a temperature controlled environment.

I started sending my 1.5 year old Australian cattle dog to Bonafide Dog Academy a few months ago and the difference in her is like night and day. She has developed confidence, her little personality is showing through more and more every day, she squeals with excitement in the car every morning she has daycare when she realizes where we are going. I am updated at least once a week on her progress and anytime I have a question the staff at Bonafide is patient and thorough in explaining their training process and how I can implement changes at home to support the work they are doing. This is easily the best investment I have made as a dog owner and I am so amazed and grateful by the confidence my once shy and timid girl has gained in just a few short months. This isn't your typical daycare where your dog simply gets to run and play with other dogs all day to get her wiggles out, the team really works with them to get to know your specific breed so they are getting what they need. Dog training isn't a one size fits all and the peace of mind I get dropping her off everyday is everything. A million thank yous to such an amazing staff and business!!

For the money I paid, feels like I just threw it away. The instructor seemed like she didn't want to interact with my dog the same as the others in the class. I was very disappointed.

Taylor has been amazing and patient in helping me to train my very active one year old labrador. The levels of classes have helped us to set goals to continue to grow and we have met so many amazing people. I highly recommend this business for all pet owners. They also are flexible and patient when working around busy schedules. My puppy and I are better for having attended classes here.

I went there... I was so excited about the whole thing, and all they told me to look at their site... I was there! No tours, no customer service... So disappointed

*UPDATED*I signed up for 2 classes here. I enjoyed both classes and would recommend them. I originally posted a four star review based on my only complaint being that the agility class was too big and I wished there had been a smaller class size. The class it's self was fun and beneficial, but there were 7 dogs in the class. After seeing my review, the owner contacted me to make it right. I ended up signing up for the Agility 2 class. There were only 4 dogs (including mine). SO much better. Given the fact that I was happy with the experience before, I have updated the review from a 4-star to a 5-star, thanks to the customer service I received. I would highly recommend Bonafide!

I have never completed a google online review but I absolutely need to add a review for Bonafide. Our experience here has been fantastic to say the very least.We have just started our puppy at the day academy and he loves every time we park in the parking lot. The structure and training aspect of their day academy is so beneficial and exactly what we were looking for with our new puppy.We found Bonafide by looking online for different daycares and puppy classes. We signed up our puppy for a class at Bonafide (puppy life skills) and from day 1, we knew this was the right choice. The staff has been fantastic with us and our puppy.Our jobs have been difficult to find a place for us to safely and confidently have our puppy spend time during the day and the staff and especially our trainer for puppy life skills (Taylor) have gone above and beyond helping us and our puppy succeed.I can not rate this higher and I wish I could. We will continue to bring our puppy here for future classes and day academy, and highly recommend anyone else looking for these services to try it out as well.

Absolutely wonderful puppy training class and experience so far! We are about to have our 5th class, they have them in 6 class chunks. Very pleased with our trainer and her knowledge. We love the class and people we are with too. Our puppy had a wonderful time as well!

Bonafide Dog Academy is a great place that helps owner with their dog's to gain confidence in each other. They always have classes starting and it's worth the price and cheaper than hiring a private trainer to work with. The group classes teach the owner and dog to focus on each other and build their relationships. Personally, I find group classes better for dogs because it exemplifies the real world.So far, we have tried sports foundation, Zen and focus, and we got CGC certified. We are going to do more classes in the future because it is fun! Fun for me and fun for my dog! He gets so excited when we park at the place. The trainers are friendly and help you with any questions you have after class.We love this place! Definitely a place to go have fun while training!

We're having fun working through reactivity to other dogs! Daphne my five year old Great Dane is reactive on leash. Cheryl has been great coaching us through the work. Thank you, Cheryl!
