The lobby is closed so drive through is the only option. Not such a big deal but there is only one teller. 2 cars ahead of me and I am waiting 20 minutes for a cash withdrawal. Teller is very nice but obviously overwhelmed. She told me they are short staffed which means underpaid! For a bank this size and this profitable it’s ridiculous. Sign of the times a guess. Find a small town bank who actually care for their customers.

Bank of the West I have now renamed Bank of the Worst. Their business hours are impossible and it takes more than 10 minutes to do ONE BASIC transaction at the drive-thru.I quit going inside a long time ago as I was disrespected on three different occasions by the young arrogant clerks.When I brought this up to the manager he just acted like his hands were tiedDON'T DO BUSINESS HERE.

I had to wait 30 mins in the drive through for a simple cash deposit… why? It should have taken five minutes max. This is a reoccurring problem at this location. Upper management needs to come in and see what the heck is going wrong with these employees immediately.

I am not sure what Bank of the West is thinking with their hours of business. Believe it or not, there is still a portion of the working public that have to work from 8:00 to 5:00. And perhaps I am old fashion but I choose not to use their ATMs since as I have had security issues in the past. And don’t bother with making a deposit via the phone, my last deposit made that way took over 7 days to post to my account. I would totally ditch this bank but unfortunately they hold my mortgage. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Stopped into this bank to cash a $33 check from bank of the west to save me a little time and they wanted to charge me $9.50 since I didn’t have an account there I can see a couple bucks but not a 1/3 of the value of the check!Maybe that’s why they call it bank of the west they like screwing over midwesterners.Based off of the other reviews I would Not bank here anyways

Waiting 30 minutes is not okay. This bank just keeps getting worse by the week it seems, then waited an additional 10 minutes for them just to deposit 3 checks into my business account. Total of 40 minutes waiting. Bank of the west you really need to start training your staff better

Went in to open a checking account but was told I would just have to come back another day because the only person who could do such a thing was in a meeting. Seriously? They only employ one person at a time to open new accounts? Well my time us important to me and I don't like it being wasted. I went down the street to a different bank and gave them my business instead.

Without a doubt the greatest banking experience I have ever had in my entire life. Caleb is hands down the most outstanding employee in I have ever had the pleasure to work with in any industry! He is fantastic, terrific and easily has the best hair I have ever seen. Their decision to hire him was the best trade deal in the history of trade deals, maybe ever. He is both a gentleman and a scholar. His wit and charm goes unmatched. His legend precedes him the way thunder precedes lightning. 12/10. Would definitely recommend.
