I have leased alot of different storage units from different companies and I have never had exceptional service like all about storage ! The customer service is wonderful here ! Rebecca went way above and beyond to work with us so we didn't loose our personal items and we are so grateful for her ! ♥️

My husband accidentally left his keys in his lock at his unit, he did not even realize it. Corbin called him to let him know and we were very thankful.

Stored our camper here for about a year before we found a permanent camping spot. Becca was very helpful and always a joy to work with. We didn’t have any problems with mice, or theft/vandalism etc. Nice tucked away spot with 24hr gate code access!

Moved up here from Kansas and needed a 10x30. This one has doors on both sides of the unit. Love the easy access to things we need to run our business and the price is reasonable.

It's meh. Prices about average, location gets minimal maintenance (especially snow), and they are known to send spam requests without having opt'd-in or giving an opt-out option..

How are you guys allowed to sell someone’s belongings after throwing them out within 30 days,is that legal? I could have sworn you had to give someone 30 days before auctioning off their belongings. Looks to me like you could be sued. How are you selling a persons belongings who hasn’t even been gone a week. With no legal eviction, just kicking someone out and selling their stuff sounds illegal to me

I rented here for a year now and finally they have a very solid manager and the upper management has been fair and good To me... and most importantly they upgraded the lighting and are planning on upgrading the security cameras which has made me feel very good and secure about this place. It's in a very quiet area and is very safe and secure thanks for the new management and staff.thanks to Jenkins group.and Becca for.all the improvements I appreciate this and am looking forward to continuous renting TY TY

The manager is a great easy going guy, and the process of getting our storage unit was easy and quick.He was kind enough to shovel snow in front of our unit so we could have easier access unloading our uhaul and putting our items in the unit.For never renting an off-site storage unit, this is an a prime location and would recommend for anyone looking for local storage.
