I called for an emergency because my puppy was choking, and whoever was on the line decided it was a good idea to hang up the phone. I will be coming in tomorrow and it was very disrespectful and I cannot believe a “vet tech” would do such a thing

Everyone at West Villa is so kind and patient with me and our babies. We recently have been fostering a litter of kittens on top of our own cats, and they have been so incredibly helpful with everything. I will always go to them for as long as I live here!

The vet and assistant were very attentive to my kitten, and the shot was quick. The front desk gal was very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with this veterinary clinic. Thank you for taking care of my pet! The price was reasonable too.

Came in for an annual exam and concerns with my animal urinating troubles. They did a quick look under the tail and said things are fine and I trusted their professional opinion. Now my pet is in the ER and my bill is over $1000 and climbing at a different location. This other clinic seemed shocked that WVAH didnt run bloodwork or urine work thatcouldve avoid this a week ago. I will not be returning here and will be actively recommending to avoid here
