Getting a new phone is always stressful and time consuming, but the folks at this store made it efficient and fast, very painless! Shantel is a great rep, very knowledgeable and helpful. When I need to go to Verizon, I will go where she’s working because she made the experience delightful!

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The service has gone down and I will no longer be a customer. First of all, 4 years ago a gal who left the day after I bought a phone, QUIT.She promised that she would be there to help if I would need it. Talked me into buy a tablet. Added to my monthly bill. Beware. Both managers, South and North are bullies and employee people that are the same. What ever happened to "the customer is always right" and "honey will bring more bees than vinegar"?

Excellent service! Didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Pulled out all stops to help me get a new phone set up as my current one was going bad fast. I came in towards the end of the day and the representative got right on the phone making sure all things were correct with my account and they stayed late to make sure everything was a okay with my new phone.
