Highly recommend well trained and efficient staff.
Billy was extremely helpful, professional and welcoming, among the best customer service people I've dealt with. The atmosphere in this location is one of the best I've seen at a UPS Store. Billy efficiently helped us with a rather lengthy notary task while still processing everyone thru. Highly recommend and would use again. Both staff members showed respect for my disabled veteran husband which was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

I went in to drop off a return package. The store looked so clean and neat. The staff were very friendly, well dressed and helpful. What a pleasant experience! If you haven't been in the store recently, you need to go back and give them a try. It is a great service we need to support in Kearney!

This place is my go to grand island store sucks, but north plate is good as well if in area I would always recommend kearney for sure they are on top of it..!!

This company will not ship gun parts, scopes or anything related to guns. I can see not shipping guns or actual gun parts but returning a red dot scope back to a company to be fixed should be an issue unless the store is owned by a complete liberal. This is ridiculous and this company should not be supported if they have rules like this.

They really know what they are doing. They don't make me do reverything online or check myself our at the register. I still prefer old school customer service.

I was just at the store in Kearney Nebraska dropping off a package. As I was leaving, I noticed an older couple getting ready to go in the store. The older woman was having a hard time getting out of her vehicle. I thought about getting out to help her, but right as I was doing that a young man (employee, dark haired thin young man if you see him) from inside the store came out and made sure that she was getting out OK and asked if she needed any help and held the door for her. He also made sure the older man in the driver seat was doing ok as well. What a kind young man. It’s good to see that there are still good caring people in this world. Sometimes our younger generation gets a bad rap, but this young man deserves a 5 star!
