We had a wonderful experience looking for furniture at slumberland furniture with Sarah Triplett! She was extremely helpful, gave great suggestions and answered all the questions we had. She was really friendly and nice and would love to work with her on finding more furniture for our home in the future! We will definitely be returning especially with all the discounts they have and how much the appreciate the customers! We bought just over $10,000 worth of stuff, never picked up one pillow and then decided we didn’t want it. I went in to cancel it to find out they already canceled it (without telling us) and gave us less than half our money back. I asked the guy how that made sense and he tried to tell me we were really luckily actually abs coming out ahead which was bs. I pointed out the errors in his logic that were so obvious he had to admit them. He then gave us the full value of the pillow back (again the pillow we never even picked up). However, in the most smug, arrogant, combative “customer service” I have experienced in him telling us why he would not consider working with us on a different pillow.

We worked with Sara this week to order a Canadel table for our bar area. These are great sets as they are hand made in Canada per order. There are so many options it’s mind numbing. Sara made this so enjoyable and easy. She was a tremendous help and so nice to work with. We really appreciate her help and how much fun she made our experience.

Slumberland was pretty good overall with a mattress purchase. Made good recommendations for our situation. I personally don’t like to push that is made on their mattress protection for warranty coverage. It’s an offer that is present just about everywhere but the products that are available for coverage are overpriced for the value IMO.
