I made a reservation online, called the place about 7 times during their posted business hours with no answer, I went in and the door was locked and they had a sign that said "Be back at 1pm" but it was 3pm.

Nice place has gate and video cameras so you don't hafto worry about you're belongings they also rent u hauls needed one on a Saturday they were closed called the number and he came in anyways to help us good guy thank you

We have had a storage unit at Sixth Street Storage for almost two years and have been very happy with the accommodating staff and excellent customer service we have received! Very poor customer service. Never in my life have I been reamed out on the phone by an owner of a business for 5 minutes and told that they are so overwhelmed with business that mine doesn't matter. Hope that keeps working out for you. More often than not being kind will take you way further than being right.

Excellent storage rates security, etc... but make sure pay on time not a month or 2 late or will lose storage unit

This is a fairly large complex so its confusing to find the right unit but the security with gate access and price make it a decent place to store anything
