For a business that also doubles as a Amazon pick up counter not impressed to say the least. They were not open during the posted hours for pick up, and darn near impossible to reach on the phone.

Selectel Wireless was great! I haven't received my new phone yet but if it's as fast as friends who referred me got there's I'm sure it will be here soon. The customer service was excellent!

Lost my phone charger so I needed to get a new one. Brought in my phone and was sold a charger that does not work. Returned half an hour later to return it and was told no refunds. I've never had a problem with these guys before but they never seem to have keep people working for them for very long and busness hours get worse and worse, with a 2nd location hidden in the mall that is set up in a way that both stores are never really staffed.

I tried this phone company out for a couple of my children because they advertise a much cheaper option for service and device. The coverage itself we have not had a single problem with, they don't lose a signal anywhere. There is however a serious lack of customer service. The store in my town is often closed because they don't have any employees. I had to drive 45 minutes away to buy a couple of phones the screen protectors and cases. When I got home I realized the store manager picked out and sold me the wrong screen protectors. Two days later our local store opened back up, so I tried to exchange them there and the district manager (of both of the stores) told me I would have to go 45 minutes to exchange them. I don't think I should have to drive an hour and a half for their mistake. I ended up just eating that loss and ordering new ones off of Amazon.

They called me to tell me about their deals and I hadn't even signed up for anything from them. They were ok on the phone and I asked them questions to try and get to know the business better but when I wasn't sure the person on the phone was very insistant that I go in to the point of being rude. He insisted that I visit the store without really giving me room to talk. I was interested but in the end I had to say no because you can't force people to buy your products.

Horrible place, such an irrelevant company compared to all the other pre-paid company's out there. They don't even offer a truly unlimited plan. They sell you refurbished phones and claim them to be new. Just don't ever shop here. Straightalk is better
