My wife and I went in on Thursday and looked at a dryer and a stove, she picked out a dryer and a stove. But since we live twenty three miles away, they have a delivery fee that she thought was to high, so I took my pickup in the next day to pick them up. I had to install them myself and get rid of the old dryer and stove.But we did like the selection they have in the store.

Horrible customer service. Nobody greeted us when we came in we had to ask for help. Then the guy who came to help us acted totally put out because apparently we were interrupting his lunch break. He came out with a fork in his hand as we proceeded to ask questions about the product. We took our business elsewhere!

Said they would deliver at a certain day and would call. Being that I was relying on them to at least deliver the darn thing to the doorstep I could've had my wife put it in the garage until I got home to install it myself. Wouldn't recommend to anyone if you need things quickly when you're buying a house

Decent experience, but the young man that works there is among the laziest I’ve ever seen in retail. Was more interested playing on his phone than the $3k in appliances I ended up buying from the other salesman. Overall operation is a bit unorganized, but sufficient.I might return in the future, but will spend more time considering other options. This purchase was made primarily based upon inventory availability.

I bought a brand new washer and dryer set brought home and hooked it up just to find they sold me a defective washer unit. When I called them they told me that the manufacturer just sent it out that way and would charge me at least 20 percent restocking fee just to take back the units that never worked from the start. I feel like the costumer service is lacking and did not care about making things right just cared about the sale. Will happily never shop or consider going into that place again.

I went in with the intention to purchase an appliance that I had priced on their own website. The in store pricing was over $200 higher, and when I asked for the advertised price, they refused. The salesperson blamed their web manager, and wasn’t at all shy about letting us walk away without the sale. I’m glad that I had other reasons to be in town, because if I’d made a special trip I would have been furious. Poor experience.

I can’t thank the team at Russell’s enough for their incredible customer service today! My washer bit the dust in the middle of a massive load pile up at our house. To say that I wanted to cry was an understatement!! Steve and his crew came to my rescue with their fantastic service and saved me.
