So happy with how I been treated by these guys!!! They are sure the best out there, they're super friendly, kind and they look out for you, there's many options to your payment like holding your items until you can pay them for up to a month, they're really awesome, even when my controller broke, bam! They got me one the same day, I needed a computer for work, bam, they had one exactly and then some of what I needed, above all, I have to say again; they're truly the kindest

Today Jagger and Carson delivered our new washer and dryer set. They are very quick courteous and friendly. They got everything all connected and stayed to make sure everything worked before they left. Great customer service!!!! (That’s something a lot of people dont have)

I've been going through premier over 10 years now since Anthony "there now store general manager" helped me get my first washing machine, dryer and tv to my more resent perches there are many people on there team that I have come to see as friends after all only a friend would put up with my let's say hastiness ? when I make a decision to get something I "stand on business" as some would say so I called a member of there team "this time it was Madison" and tell them what I'm after and let them know I want to come get it and within the hour there awesome warehouse staff ? will have it waiting on me and help me load it into my truck and I'm on my way... However they will deliver to you if you prefer

Everyone from the store manager, Anthony, who kept me posted on new items that I was interested in as they arrived at the store, to Madyson, who was more knowledgeable on the items when I did make it into the store, and especially Carson and Jagger, who delivered my new rug and even set up my sound bar exactly where I wanted it, are awesome! This experience, as well as my previous, has been nothing short of convenient, accommodating, and worry-free. The customer service exemplified by the staff record-breaking, I will definitely be back! We have been customers 12 years and Premier Rental is the best rent to own. No matter the situation they are always willing to work with you. They are so friendly and courteous. They are like family to us. OH and best prices in town. They also do alot to show appreciation to the customers like their famous Christmas party They do every year.
