Very disappointed in Midway Collision Center. I was in an accident a couple weeks ago and I purchased a car from Midway plus spent approximately $12,000.00 on addiitonal car repairs on other personal vehicles, but when I was in an accident in my car and under distress from the accident all the Collision Manager at Midway could do is complain and complain about my car insurance, which is the one of the leading car insurance companies in the nation that millions of customers in

Unfortunately, I got to know the people at Midway collision center because of damage to my brand new truck. They do absolutely top-notch work. They are friendly and very efficient in getting repairs done. I especially appreciate Mike Gibbons who took good care of me.

Mike Gibbons at MidWay Collision center is the best. Got hit by someone in January in my 2018 Ford F-250. Took it to MidWay and Mike took care of everything from communicating with the other persons insurance to completing the project. Got it back and was as good as new. Great job.

I worked with Pat and Mike who provided great customer service and a detailed timeline in getting my truck in the shop and fixed. I also received a courtesy vehicle for the entire time my truck was getting worked on. Once I got my truck back, I notice a very minor issue on a latch but I called Pat and my truck was in the very next morning getting it adjusted. They brought me to and from work while getting that done which was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend using the Collision Center, they did great work.
