Matt and his team took time to squeeze my last minute project into their busy schedule and when I measured one piece incorrectly, they took the time to cut me a 2nd piece to help keep me on my tight schedule!

3x I’ve called looking for windshields, 3x I’m told they don’t have it. 3x I asked ok when could you get it? 3x I’m told “the warehouse we get it from doesn’t have it.” Zero effort to be helpful and completely uninterested in my business so for the 3rd time I’ll take one of our vehicles across town- so much for trying to spread our company business out. By the way the first two cars were 2020 Subaru’s and this one is a Chrysler minivan- not rare cars. I understand supply issues but I’m not sure that’s the issue here because the woman answering the phone didn’t bother saying much other than she doesn’t have it and made it clear she wasn’t interested in trying to find it. ??♀️

I called for my son and daughter I use to run Glass Doctor of Denver for 5 years. No one has called my daughter to schedule a appointment for an estimate on 12 windows?????? Please explain

AT THE SENIOR CENTWER IN PHILLIPSBURG KANSAS WE HAD NEW DOORS AND LARGE WINDOWS INSTALLED LAST SPTEMBEWR 2019. WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SUPPOSED FINISHING WORK. THE WINDOWS ARE LEAKING AND THE DOOR IS DRAGGING , MOST DISAPPOINTING IS WE HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED TO FIX THESE AND SEVERAL OTHER TASKS THAT NEESD TO BE REPAIRESD OR FINSHED. BELIEVE WE DESERVE A CALL BACK.

Although Craig was really nice, I feel compelled to review to warn people about this glass shop. I had a windshield replaced. Went to pick it up and noticed a gap between the windshield and the trim inside that was so large I could put my fingers in it. I went back in to ask about it. The first man who came out to look was dismissive and told me sometimes” they just don’t fit perfect”. Craig then came out and agreed that it should not look like that. He ordered another windshield in and I took it back the next week to get the new windshield. I went to pick it up and it fit just the same, still a huge gap. Craig refunded my money and I took it to TS Auto Glass who cleaned up the mess of urethane that was all over the car, actually attached the trim pieces that The Glass Doctor had not done and replaced the windshield. No gaps, no rattle like the first one at the Glass Doctor. I would not recommend The Glass Doctor.

We have had a great experience working with Bret and Craig and all of the staff at The Glass Doctor. They are very prompt in responding to any questions or requests and provide high quality products as well as high quality installation.
