“Just a very incredible U-Haul experience. We were treated with a kindness and care we won't forget. The person who lead our hookup helped us feel very secure in the part of the process for which we would be responsible, and really did put more labor into our situation than asked. They were very understanding when we had need to change appointment times, and their prices are the best we've come across from Nebraska to Oregon.”

“My wife and I stuffed a 10x10 unit in the environmentally controlled building that is part of University Self-storage, a Downing Company business on Highway 30 in east Kearney, NE. The unit was clean when we started, and remained so for the months we had to store. Because we were moving quickly and did not want to miss the check returning our unused time and deposit, they agreed to let us know when it was ready after we had surrendered our key. They did, and we are pleased. The security of the site is excellent, and really the only complaint is the mess of dead bugs in the halls from time to time due to their continually treatment to control them. Highly recommend these storage units. Management is on-site, so things are tended to as they need to be.”

“I Rented a trailer at this U-Haul location today, I am thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The facility was cleaned and well kept. I was greeted by Eric, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he guided me through the process promptly and efficiently. After he got all the information needed, he conducted a thorough inspection of the trailer, ensuring it was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary safety features, he connected the trailer to the vehicle and I was on my way. The return process was just as quick. My overall experience at this U-Haul location was positive from start to finish. Highly recommended.”
