I have seen both Dr. Marissa and Dr. Valerie. They are both very kind and caring and take the time to explain everything to me. I trust that all the doctors at Cottonwood practice quality medicine and surgery. Beautiful facility with amazing people.

My dogs have had two major surgeries at Cottonwood! The doctors saved their lives. I also appreciate that they will refer to a specialist when needed. I was referred to Sirius Orthopedic clinic in Omaha for my dog’s cruciate surgery. I felt confident knowing that a board certified orthopedic surgeon was performing the surgery and that the doctors at Cottonwood recommended and trusted them.

My Nova got the BEST care today. I feel like I made the right decision switching our pets to your vet clinic. Your staff was friendly and I could tell doctor Bob cared about my dog, and was very helpful. Please tell him I appreciate him so much and thank you for all you do!

Update 5/22/24I received a call from Dr. Hirschfeld regarding my previous experience and was met with kindness and understanding, which immediately put me at ease.Her compassionate understanding and dedication to providing exceptional service is truly commendable, and I am incredibly grateful for her assistance.It wasn't expected but she did refund the nail trim fee because it was miscommunicated to me during the appointment. She also personally offered to demonstrate a safe way to condition my Pug to be more comfortable while I trim her nails.I have no doubt that Cottonwood will provide the best care for my Pug, while delicately handling my 'over protective' pet parent concerns.M.Took my new pup to establish pet care. During a tech visit on 5/9/24, for last round of shots, I asked for help to learn a safe way to cut my dogs nails. They took her back for shots, 15 mins later, they brought her back to the lobby and gave suggestions for her nails. But they had cut her nails for me. I didn't ask for it. They charged me $29 for a nail trim.I asked about the charge and they said that was the price for the service.I found it to be sneaky and makes me not trust them with my pup. I'm disappointed with them and questioning if I should find a different vet.BTW, their suggestions on triming her nails didn't work.

Great place for medical issues for your pet. The Barking Barber shop inside is great. They clean and pamper your pet for their bath.

Every single time we take our dog there (every 6-8 weeks) they come up with something new that the dog needs before they will groom them. Rabies shots are all that most groomers require, which they are current on, but they want flu shots, heartworm med (which we give the dog at home, but isn't good enough for the vet), etc. They do a great job grooming our dog, but we won't be taking them back due to the unnecessary things they require that cost a lot of money. When this was mentioned to the staff they did not seem to care. Very disappointing.

My boyfriend and I came to this clinic at 6AM on Tuesday for a emergency. However our cat ended up passing away before she could be helped. The vet that was on call was very sympathetic and answered all of our questions. Instead of getting the cremated remains back, we had a paw print made instead. The only complaint we had is who ever made it spelled our cats name completely wrong, which is a bummer. We wished they would have verified the spelling before making it or asked if we wanted it on there. I ended up calling and going back a few days later and the ladies were kind enough to give me a ball of clay to fix the mistake. I did appreciate that a lot.

Dr Francis was very helpful in treating our dog. She gave us all of the options for treatment and when the time came when there was nothing more to be done, she was very professional and compassionate. Cottonwood and Dr Francis have always made us feel like we were their priority. We are truly blessed to have them care for our four legged kids.
