Reefer frozen load. Arrived 3 hours before 0800 appointment. Directed to staging lot across street and told to come back and check in at 0730. That made me a bit nervous as trucks started lining up and I was afraid of being marked late if the line took me past 8. Turned out fine though. Checked in, got a door right away. Tandems back, leave doors closed and sealed they do everything from inside which is awesome. Someone comes outside to get the paperwork and they also bring it out when done. Unloaded and out by 0934 which is doubly amazing since I had some document issues. A special note about the young lady who works the guard gate. She was by herself, checking trucks in and out, working the gate arm, entering data in a computer, answering questions from drivers and she also had to handle a paperwork glitch in my situation. She was constantly multitasking and did it all with a pleasant demeanor and never got nasty or impatient like some people do toward drivers. I just want to say that was very much appreciated as I go out of my way to follow procedures and not cause problems at shippers or receivers, but a few are grouchy no matter how hard you try. They maybe don’t realize how many different procedures and directions we deal with every single delivery and pick up. A big thank you to her for being so efficient and making drivers feel welcome and important.

I arrived at night, parked in the southern parking lot (attached photos) In the morning I walked to check in and immediately got the door. The staff is very friendly, smiling and they work quickly.
Check in/out 8:15/9:20 appointment time 10:00

Didn’t have any problems here… Checked in with the guard went to dock 3 Took longer to make the payment to the lumper than it did to unload me…

They got me into a door and unloaded within an hour and then took hours to get me my paperwork back, It ruined my clock and was annoying

Showed up 45 mins before my appt time. I was told it would be a little while for someone to grab paperwork as they are understaffed. I was not expecting a 4 hr unload time. A 3 hr wait for them to get my paperwork and then 30 mins just to get my paperwork back after paying the high lumper fee.

The driver that left Kearney at 4:00 am on 6/6 and got off the interstate and went back to Kearney facility around 4:25 am needs to learn how to drive you don’t pull out out in front of a car going 65 mph on Hwy 10 and then get back on the interstate! You could have waited 30 seconds for me to drive passed you, no you were more in hurry You would rather risk someone’s life.
Is your job more important than waiting 30 seconds and causing an accident.

Everything is fine. I arrived in the evening, “check in” at the security kiosk, appointment at 7 am, they gave me overnight parking opposite, plenty of space, a civilian toilet at the security kiosk. The company is located almost in the center of the town, you can walk to any food?, water and so on. In the morning at the dock, there is no need to open the trailer, they unload quickly, they took the documents themselves and gave them back after unloading. Beauty??. Great company.
