“I called this office because I couldn’t get ahold of the Sioux City office, and most locations were already closed for the day. I called to see if they could edit or cancel a change of address request that I did online because I realized I made a mistake. I think the phone only rang 1 time before the employee answered, and right away he sounded very genuine and eager to help. Since it was the South Sioux office and the change of address involved Sergeant Bluff and Sioux City, he wasn’t able to look up my change of address. However, he helped me in every other way possible - gave me the numbers and hours of the locations to go to, and that my issue CAN actually be fixed once I go there. I feel SO much better about the issue now than I did before the phone call and he wasn’t even able to fix my problem!!! Now THAT is what you call great customer service!!!!!”

“the Postmasters in this office are professional and hugely represent the Mission to serve...i appreciate them tons...the Post Office must start a public internet service now to fall in line with need that is open as your service has been since 1845 to encourage communication without bias and free...even w facebook type or twitter...must do it soon and bypass the fascist ones...please and thank you”

“Excelente place, a lot interesting things to do!!!! Your can walk in and admire the many POboxes or if you are luck you can walk into the gift shop and buy your next Christmas gifts like the beautiful "small flat rate box" that I give to my wife or the bobble plastic that I got for my son.Best place to visit!!! I really recommend it!!! ???????”
