1st Interstate purchased my Bank (Great Western Bank), it has been a total mess from new fees to switching the routing numbers and closing offices. I would run as far and fast as possible from 1st Interstate bank.I will be shopping for a new bank.

Worst experience at a bank ever. Teller was rude ,disrespect, and mean. I have banked there for over 20 years and am now debating about switching. It is unfortunate that one bad employee can ruin a great relationship with business.

Pros: - Friendly Staff who are always incredibly helpful. - Multiple banking products available. - Two locations in town. - Locations in a variety of western states. Cons: - Online accounts aren't as advanced as major companies so you sometimes have to make calls to update things instead of changing them online.

The walk up part is not open anymore. Other than that it's a good alternative to the main branch.
