Great experience buying a mattress! I was able to see several options on the showroom floor. After picking one and getting it delivered I decided that it was too big for our space. Bruce’s allowed me to exchange for a new one and made a second trip to my house all in the same day! Great experience!

(This has nothing to do w/ furniture) BUT I had just got done doing some running around and the roads were very slick. I was on the hill by the underpass and I couldn’t get any traction. I was sliding back down the hill and couldn’t get anywhere w/o sliding. Out of no where, a Bruce furniture box truck came behind me. I was going to wave them on past me but they stopped. A extremely nice passenger got out & asked if I wanted him to push me. He absolutely did not have to do that. It just shows how above and beyond this Bruce employee went. I didn’t catch his name but I wanted to say THANK YOU! You had such a kindness that this world needs. I appreciate what you did more than you will ever know THANK YOU!!

I bought some vinyl feltback flooring for my kitchen. They installed it and went out of there way to move the old cupboards out of the way so we could completely cover the whole floor with the new product. We like it so much that we had them come back and put it in the back porch and by the front door. I intend to have Bruce Furniture put carpet in two of our bedrooms too. They were so kind to come back and fix a place in Our kitchen floor where we removed a wall after they came the first time. They are trustworthy and communicated with us well. There work is professional and they work hard to satisfy their customers every time. They also did a great job at making the floor level as much as possible before installing the floor as our home is an older one. Great job!
